The insulating component has an insulating body (5) with a pair of intermediate walls (36, 37) that extend in a longitudinal direction (10) and vertical direction (11). The pair of intermediate walls limits a hollow space (40) that lies between the intermediate walls, where a portion of the hollow space is filled with a pressure-resistant material in order to form a pressure anchor (9). An impulse unit (22) is formed by the intermediate walls, where the impulse unit is made of a metal i.e. steel sheet.
