Abstract

The cut protection clothing (1) consists of a first layer (2) of cut protection material (3) that has a second layer (4) on it and which may be partially made from leather (5). The first layer made from the cut protection material is unattached or detachably connected to the second layer made from leather. The first layer may be made from natural, plastic or synthetic fibres such as aramide, polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or glass filament fibres formed in a composite. The first and second layers of the cut protection clothing may be shaped or sewn or processed in a specific way to correspond with the torso regions of a person. The cut protection clothing may have an upper body protector.
