Abstract

The aluminum wrought alloy, containing manganese and titanium and copper, includes preferably 0.4-0.6 wt/% manganese and 0.2-0.4 wt.% copper and a maximum iron content of 0.6 wt.%. The alloy can be extruded into tubes and hollow profiles, to be joined together by hard solder into heat exchanger components.
