The invention relates to a connecting strip for a terminal arrangement for a low-level distributor and/or a distribution panel of an electric low-voltage switching station, especially an electric domestic installation distribution system. Said connecting strip comprises an N+PE terminal and a holding device. The invention is characterised in that at least one terminal surface rail (14, 15, 51) comprises lugs (22, 23, 24; 22a, 23a, 24a; 54, 56) which project in a vertical manner in relationship to said rail surface, and connection terminals (27, 28, 29; 26; 58;57) which are inserted into a terminal housing (10, 50), such that the terminal surface rail (14, 15; 51) and the terminals (27, 28, 29; 26; 58;57) are covered by means of a terminal covering (36, 59) which can be clipped in a rigid manner to the terminal housing (10, 50) and that the terminal housing (10, 50) is clamped with the covering (36, 59) on a holding arrangement (70. 90, 91) comprising an elastic holder arm and a locking arm, behind said holder arm and locking arm.
