Durch das Aufbewahren der Butter gemeinschaftlich mit anderen Efswaaren in Eisschränken nimmt erstere häufig den Geschmack der letzteren theilweise an, z. Um diesem Uebelstande abzuhelfen, hat der Erfinder diesen Butter-Kühler construirt. Derselbe besteht aus dem cylindrischen doppelwandigen Gefäfs a, welches unten durch einen massiven Boden abgeschlossen wird, während oben nur der zwischen beiden Cylindern liegende Hohlraum durch einen Blechring luftdicht verschlossen ist. In diesen Ring ist die Füllschraube / eingelöthet; durch dieselbe wird der Hohlraum mit frischem Brunnenwasser, welches^ zum Kühlen dient, gefüllt. Die Oeffnung des inneren Cylinders ist durch einen Deckel b mit Griff verschliefsbar. Mit diesem Deckel sind die verzinnten Drähte c fest verbunden, an welche die Blechscheiben d etagenförmig befestigt sind. Diese Scheiben dienen zur Aufnahme je eines Stückchens Butter.To remedy this inconvenience, the inventor designed this butter cooler.
