Description

  • Trockenvorrichtung für breiige Stoffe Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trockenvorrichtung für breiige Stoffe mit einem aus Draht o. dgl. hergestellten Gutträger, welcher in seinen Maschen das Trockengut aufnimmt. Derartige Trockenvz)rrichtungen sind an sich bekannt, ihre Leistung ist jedoch nicht immer befriedigend und ausreichend. Die Trocknung geschieht bei den bekannten Ausführungsformen entweder durch erwärmte Luft, die an dem gefüllten Gutträger vorbeigeführt wird, oder der Gutträger wird über irgendwelche Heizkörper geführt.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß derartige Trockner wesentlich günstiger arbeiten, wenn bei der Führung des Gutträgers über die Heizkörper eine Anpreisung des Gutes an die beheizten Flächen stattfindet. Die Wärmeübertragung ist hierbei bedeutend günstiger, und die Trockenleistung wird gesteigert.
  • In der Zeichnung ist eine Trockenvorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt, welche unter Vakuum steht; es ist jedoch selbstverständlich, daß die Vorrichtung auch ohne Vakuum im Sinne der Erfindung arbeiten kann.
  • Es bedeuten a der Beschickungsbehälter, b die Einführungsleitung, c der Gutträger zur Aufnahme des Trockengutes, deine Glättvorrichtung, e die Heizwalze, f eine beweglich gelagerte Walze, g ein Abschaber, h eine Fördervorrichtung.
  • Die Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist fol- gende: Das durch eine Leitung b dem Trog a zugeführte Trockengut wird vom Gutträger c aufgenommen, mittels. des Abstreifers d auf denselhen verteilt und unter starker Anpreisung über die Heizwahee geführt. Durch die Umbiegung an der Walze f fällt das. Trokkengut ab und durch einen Trichter auf die Fördervorrichtung h, welche das getrocknete Gut aus dem Trockenrauen entfernt. Der Abschaber g dient zur Reinigung der Heizwalze. Für die Reinigung des Gutträgers kann noch eine besondere Vorrichtung angebracht sein.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Trockenvorrichtung für breiige Stoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von den Maschen eines Gutträgers aufgenommene Gut unter Anpressung über beheizte Trokkenwalzen geführt wird.
