Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Zucker aus Rüben- oder Zuckersäften bezw. Zuckerlösungen aller Art, durch welches die Erzeugung von krystallisirten Nachproducten und Melasse im laufenden Betriebe vermieden wird, indem die der Kristallisation des Zuckers schädlichen Einwirkungen von organischen und unorganischen Nichtzuckerstoffen bei dem Verkochen im Vacuum aufgehoben und die genannten Stoffe, insbesondere die Alkalien und die Erdalkalien, nach dem Verkochen auf Korn aus dem Grünsyrup während der Saturation ausgeschieden werden.The present invention relates to a method for extracting sugar from beet or beetroot Sugar juices or Sugar solutions of all kinds, by which the production of crystallized Postproducts and molasses in ongoing operations are avoided by reducing the crystallization the harmful effects of organic and inorganic non-sugar substances lifted during boiling in a vacuum and the substances mentioned, in particular the alkalis and alkaline earths, excreted from the green syrup during saturation after boiling on grain will.

Die Fettsäuren binden im Vacuum die Alkalien und die geringen Mengen Erdalkalien und heben so ihre schädliche Einwirkung auf den Zucker der Lösung auf. Der bei diesem Verfahren resultirende Grünsyrup, welcher aufser den organischen Nichtzuckerstoffen die Alkalien und Erdalkalien des zu verkochenden Klärsels oder Dicksaftes in Ver-bindung mit der angewendeten Fettsäure enthält, giebt diese Alkalien und Erdalkalien in Verbindung mit der Fettsäure und ebenso die organischen Nichtzuckerstoffe an den Schlamm ab, welcher bei der Saturation der mit diesem Grünsyrup versetzten Zuckerlösung entsteht. Von der Fettsäure, deren beschriebene günstige Einwirkung nur beim Verkochen im Vacuum stattfindet, hat man nur geringe Mengen zuzusetzen, welche dem Gehalt der zu verkochenden Zuckerlösung an Alkalien bezw.
