Abstract

The invention relates to folding blanks having a rectangular bottom section (1) and four adjoining side sections (3a-6a, 3b-6b, 3c-6c, 3d-6d) which can be folded into a position forming side walls (3a-d) and partially overlaps the adjacent side wall(s) with connecting tabs (6a-d) and can be locked in said position by means of locking elements. The invention is based on the object of allowing a contour shape which can be produced easily and without waste in folding blanks of this type, permits easy setting-up of the blank to form the desired object and permits secure locking without gluing in the final erected shape. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Faltzuschnitt aus elastisch verformbarem Verpackungsmaterial, z. B. Zur Ver riegelung der Verbindungslaschen gegenüber den von ihnen überlappten Wandungen sind unterschiedliche Ver riegelungselemente bekannt, wie z. B. in die Verbin dungslaschen vorschnappende Nasen, durch Faltkanten abgegrenzte Verriegelungslaschen an den Kanten der Ver bindungslaschen oder Seitenteile zum verriegelnden Über lappen benachbarter Bereiche. Die bekannten Faltzuschnit te sind u. a. auch wegen der über die Ränder der Abschnit te nach außen vorstehenden Verriegelungselemente in ihren Außenumrissen kompliziert und daher in der Herstellung aufwendig, sowohl wegen der benötigten technischen Hilfs mittel und der umständlichen Bearbeitungsvorgänge als auch wegen des anfallenden Verschnitts. Gemäß der Erfindung hat der Faltzuschnitt die Form eines Rechtecks (Fig. 1) mit der Länge L und der Breite B, das aus einem mittig angeordneten, rechtwinkligen Bodenabschnitt 1 der Länge Lb und Breite Bb und vier von diesem durch rechtwinklig verlaufende Faltkanten 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d abgegrenzten Seitenabschnitten 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d besteht, die bei der gezeigten Ausführung die gleiche Breite Bs haben, während ihre Länge an den Zuschnitt-Breitseiten und den Zuschnitt-Schmalseiten unterschiedlich ist.
