Die Kürette a ist aus einem Stück angefertigt und ist innerhalb des Mantelrohres b mit ihrem oberen, als Schneide ausgebildeten Ende e unter der öffnungd des Mantelrohres derart längsbeweglich angeordnet, daB das vordere Kürettenende sowohl in der Ruhestellung als auch in der Endstellung des Kürettenzuges an der Innenwandung des metallenen Mantelrohres b anliegt. Dadurch wird einerseits eine unerwünschte Verletzung der Schleimhautinnenwandung der Körperhöhle beim Einführen und Herausnehmen des Instrumentes vermieden, anderseits das durch den Probezug gewonnene Schleimhautstück zwischen dem Mantel b und der Kürette festgehalten. Das untere Ende e des Kürettenstieles ist rechtwinklig abgebogen und in einem der erforderlichen Längsbewegung der Kürette entsprechenden Langloch h in dem Mantel b geführt. Der Kürettenstiel kann, wie in dein abgebildeten Ausführungsbeispiel, hohl ausgebildet sein und auf diese Weise einen Ab- oder Zu$ußweg für eine Spülflüssigkeit bieten. Das Mantelrohr b ist an seinem vorderen Ende geschlossen und abgerundet und kann an dem seinem Ende zu@ nächst gelegenen Rand der öffnung d nach innen gekrümmt sein. Das Mantelrohr b ist auf einem Teil seines Umfanges zum Hindurchleiten der Spülflüssigkeit doppelwandig ausgeführt.
