Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a light sandwich panel with two cover layers and a zwi rule this arranged core according to the preamble of the main claim.
Common materials for the top layers of sandwich components are included fiber-reinforced plastics (GFK, CFK, AFK) aluminum and tropical woods. For the Sandwich core are hard plastic foams, aramid honeycomb cores, aluminum wa core, plastic tube core and balsa wood. Sandwich core and top layers are mostly glued with synthetic resins. The lightest, so far ver sandwich constructions, consist of top layers made of fiber-reinforced Plastics (epoxy resin matrix) and phenolic resin soaked in between Aramid honeycomb cores ("Honeycomb"). There are various Reinforcing fabrics such as glass, aramid and carbon fiber. In the vehicle and Kli matechnik outweighs the all-plastic sandwich construction with cover layers fiber-reinforced plastics and rigid foam cores. PVC, PE, PUR, PMI and PMI rigid foams. These highly crosslinked rigid foams are made in Blocks foamed and then sawn into plate-shaped core materials. As Top layer materials are usually glass fiber reinforced plastics with epoxy or polyester resin matrix used. The resin systems are both cold as well thermosetting. Bonding the core foam to the top layer material takes place under pressure and in the case of thermosetting resin systems also with Tempe ratur (Tarann and Budesku, 1981, and Yang and Chenn, 1991).
All of these substances consume considerable amounts of energy and energy in their production release pollutants during processing. The disposal of such components after Use is also problematic, recycling is not possible. A big one Application disadvantage in sandwich components with plastic or aluminum Cover layers also exist in the low compressive strength of the Sandwich plate at selective pressure, acting perpendicular to the plate surface force. The cover layers, which are kept thin for reasons of weight, can be light be pushed in. With the tropical wood sandwich construction common in boat building become significant amounts of Epo for gluing and sealing the balsa wood core xid resin used. Processing and disposal are problematic here too little environmentally friendly.
DE-OS 31 00 094 discloses a sandwich component with two made of metal, Plywood or fiber-reinforced materials. Dazwi a support core made of balsa blocks is arranged. The balsa wood blocks are cuboid or cube-shaped to easily match the bending radius of the to be able to adapt curved sandwich component.
In addition, DE-PS 30 35 323 is a component made of several layers staggered and glued together wide strips of vegetable material knows. The vegetable layers consist of continuous bamboo strips, the strips of a layer being arranged parallel to one another and the strips neighboring layers run at a predetermined angle to each other. By this arrangement of the strips will increase the potential for inclusion Forces sought.
Die Schaumstoffüllung besteht aus Me laminschaum.DE 37 20 371 C2 describes one for aircraft interior linings Sandwich construction board described. It is located between two cover layers a honeycomb core with a foam filling. The cover layers exist like that Honeycomb core, made of fiber-reinforced plastic. The foam filling consists of me laminated foam.
The object of the present invention is a light, particularly cost-effective Specify sandwich panel, which compared to conventional sandwich panels has increased strength properties, is particularly light and at the same time a environmentally friendly production and disposal permitted.
This object is achieved by the subject matter specified in claim 1. Subclaims represent advantageous developments.
The light sandwich panel according to the invention consists of two cover layers, between which are arranged through parallel to each other and at right angles to the top layers Nete hollow plant stems formed core. Since the core of a natural pro product exists, occur when disposing of such plates, provided that the Cover layers also consist of natural materials, no disposal problems. The Disposing of such sandwich panels is environmentally friendly. By the arrangement of hollow plant stems in such a way that they stand perpendicular to the two cover layers hen, the strength of the hollow plant stems is optimally used and such The plate is practically not compressible. The light sand according to the invention wichplatte has a high bending strength, bending stiffness and compressive strength. The high compressive strength is due to the force acting in the fiber direction mutually supporting stems reached. In addition, the light core at glei chem total weight thicker cover layers are used. Are also as Cover layers of wood or wood-based materials are provided, these are compared to Plastic top layers, much lighter. This means that you can also have a match have correspondingly greater thickness, which, as already stated above, to increase the Strength of the entire plate contributes.
So that the individual plant stems, which are either tightly packed or with Distances to each other between the cover layers can be arranged with the Cover layers remain firmly connected, they are conveniently with the Deckla gene glued. Gluing is only on the contact surface to the deckla necessary: Due to the capillary action, the adhesive material pulls on the Cell walls high, so that a fillet weld is formed and so the position nation of the individual plant stems solidified. With a dense pack of the plant zenstiele increases the bending strength. Are the plant stems loose next to each other arranged, the bending strength decreases. Should have a particularly high flexural strength the sandwich panel can be reached, so the individual plant stems can be one below the other be glued along their entire length. The tensile strength and rigidity However, the plate according to the invention is of the packing density of the individual Plant stems independent.
It is advantageous if other additional materials are added to the sandwich core will give. These can be flame retardants, insecticides or act strengthening agents.
It is particularly advantageous if the top layers are made of wood or wood-based material hen. As already explained above, such a sandwich panel is exclusively made of Natural products are manufactured, which means neither in the production nor in the disposal environmental problems arise. It is particularly advantageous if as Plywood or wood veneer top layers are used. These materials show high strength, so that particularly thin cover layers can be used can.
Die Raumdichte einer derarti gen erfindungsgemäßen Sandwichplatte beträgt ca. 0,15 g/cm.According to an advantageous embodiment, the core of the sandwich panel consists of Straw. Based on its weight, straw is very strong. However can also bamboo stalks, Miskantus stalks, papyrus and similar grasses or grass-like plants can be used. Of course, these plants stems in dried, d. H. stiff condition used. The spatial density of such a gene sandwich plate according to the invention is about 0.15 g / cm.
The light sandwich panel according to the invention can also have a curved shape sen. The manufacturing process of such a plate is as simple as the manufacture positioning process of a plate with a flat extension without spatial Training.
The light sandwich panel according to the invention is shown in the drawings and explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.
