Diese Wirkung kann in beliebiger Weise dadurch gesteigert werden, daß bei geeigneter Fallhöhe der Aufschlämmung der Vorgang beliebig oft wiederholt wird, indem man die Aufschlämmung der Reihe nach von einer Prallfläche auf die andere herabstürzen läßt. Zweckmäßigerweise wird die Fasermasse in gleichmäßigen Mengen der Flüssigkeit bei Beginn des Herabfließens zugesetzt. Es wird auf diese Weise vermieden, daß vorzeitig gewisse Fasermengen auseinanderschwimmen und Faserbündel netzartig umhüllen, was zu einer ungleichmäßigen Auflockerung führt.
