Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Welle mit axialen Kanälen. Eine Welle dieser Art wird verwendet, wenn über die Welle ein Verbraucher oder mehrere Verbraucher mit getrennten Fluidströmen versorgt werden müssen. Die axialen Kanäle sind meist gleichmäßig über den Querschnitt der Welle verteilt. Sie müssen oft durch Tieflochbohren, manchmal sogar von beiden Enden her, gefertigt, an mindestens einem Ende wieder verschlossen und durch Querbohrungen ergänzt werden. Tieflochbohren ist aufwendig, weil mehrere Bohrhübe nötig sind, der Bohrer kann aus der Richtung laufen oder brechen, weil Bohrspäne das Bohrloch verstopfen. Die Querbohrungen mit ihrer Kerbwirkung bedeuten Bruchgefahr für eine hoch beanspruchte Welle.The invention relates to a shaft with axial channels. Querschnittflächen 23, 24 der Kanäle 13, 14 werden durch Kreisbögen 9, 10, 11, 12 begrenzt.
