Es sind nun verschiedene Einrichtungen bekannt, diesem Übel abzuhelfen, u. a. auch dadurch, daß man die beheizten Rohre des Kessels bis in den unteren Teil der Trommel hineinführt. Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung sind es die Wasserrückführungsrohre, die bis in die kalte Zone geführt werden, wobei gegenüber der vorstehend erwähnten Anordnung der sehr wichtige Vorteil erzielt wird, daß die Wasserrückführungsrohre einen viel stärkeren Druck auf das im unteren Teil des Unterkessels befindliche Wasser ausüben und auf diese Weise den Umlauf wesentlich fördern, während bei beheizten, also ansaugenden Rohren die Durchführung derselben bis in den kalten Teil des Unterkessels in bezug auf den Umlauf keine Vorteile, eher noch eine Erschwerung des Umlaufes bedeuten kann, wobei dann in diesem ansaugenden Rohre sich große Dampfblasen bilden, die zu einem Durchbrennen der Rohre führen können.Steep tube boiler with reaching into the cold zone of the lower boiler Pipes.
