Description

Injektionsspritze. Die seit alters her in Gebrauch stehenden zylinderförmigen Injektionsspritzen mit zentral gelegenem K-anülenansatz sind in den letzten Jahren dadurch verbessert worden, daß man ihnen eine flache Basis nebst ex-i zentrischem Kanülenansatz verliehen hat. Neue Versuche haben nun dargetan, daß die so gewonnene größere Sicherheit der Auflage auf die Extremität dadurch noch in wesentlicher Weise gesteigert wird, daß man die Spritze c mit einer konkaven Basisfläche a (in Abb. i und a) versieht, die es erlaubt, die Spritze während der Injektion der Extremität mit größter Stabilität und ohne Gefahr eines seitlichen Abrutschens anzulegen. Der technische Vorteil der neuen Konstruktion wird weiter gesteigert dadurch, daß man den Kanülenansatz b in Berührung mit dem Scheitelpunkt des Basisbogens oder in unmittelbarer Nähe dieses Scheitelpunktes anbringt (vgl. Abb. a, die eine Ansicht von vorn, darstellt), was eine wesentliche Erleichterung beim Einstich in die Blutader gewährt.
