Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und Gerät zur Stimulation des Gesichts- und Gehörsinns zum Zwecke der Synchronisation der Gehirnwellen. Es ist bekannt, daß sich die Frequenz der meßbaren Gehirnwellen (EFG) durch äußere periodische Reize auf deren Frequenz einstellen, also synchronisieren kann. Da verschiedene Gehirnfrequenzen mit verschiedenen Bewußtseinzuständen (Schlaf, Anstrengung, Entspannung) einhergehen, wird solche Stimulation verwendet zur Auslösung von Entspannung, Anregung oder Streßlö sung.The invention relates to a method and device for stimulation of the sense of sight and hearing for the purpose of synchronizing the Brain waves. Dies wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß zur Tonreizung Tonimpulse auf einen Tonträger aufgezeichnet und wiedergegeben werden, und daß zur Steuerung von Lichtimpulsen für die Lichtreizung ein Lichtsteuersignal mit Hilfe einer Modulatorvorrichtung auf ein Trägersignal moduliert wird, dieses Trägersignal auf den Tonträger mit aufgenommen wird, und bei der Wiedergabe unter Zuhilfenahme einer Demodulator- oder Decoder-vorrichtung eine Lichtquelle steuert.
