Abstract

A data acquisition and evaluation system has a data carrier (2) contg. visually readable data which can be scanned by a reading device and regions (3, 4) on the carrier for automatically readable, partially identical and partially non-identical data. The regions are separated so that only one is detected by the reader whatever the position in which the data carrier is fed into the reader. Each predefined detected region contains predefined non-identical data. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for use in detecting attendance and voting results in general shareholders' meeting at acceptable costs.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Datenerfassungs- und Auswertesystem mit einem visuell lesbare Daten und durch mindestens einer Lesevorrichtung abtastbare Daten aufweisenden Datenträger, insbesondere zum Erfassen der Präsenzen und der Abstimmergebnisse in Aktionärshauptversammlungen von Aktiengesellschaften. So kann beispielsweise vorgeschrieben werden, daß beim Ankommen eines Datenträgerinhabers (eines Aktionärs oder dessen Vertreters) der Datenträger 2 gemäß Fig. 1 in die Lesestation aus- und einzuführen ist, so daß der Bereich 4 durch die Lesestation 5 erfaßt werden kann. Dadurch kann zum einen das Datenerfassungs- und Auswertesystem 1 Präsenzen erfassen und auswerten und beim Einlegen des Datenträgers 2 in der gleichen Position während der Hauptversammlung in das gleiche Datenerfassungs- oder Auswertesystem 1 aber in andere vorzugsweise über Funkstrecken angeschlossene (nicht dargestellte) Lesestationen von dem Bereich 4 abgelesen werden, ob der Inhaber des Datenträgers 1 z. B. mit Nein stimmt. Wird der Datenträger 2 um 180° gedreht in die Lesestation 5 eingeführt, so kann der Bereich 3 abgetastet werden um Informationen über das Verlassen eines bestimmten Inhabers eines Datenträgers 2 gewonnen werden.
