(H0 41H :"':"' :-"::·;■VERFAHREN ZUR BEHANDLUNG ZINK- UND BLEIHALTIGEN STAUBS, DER AUS EINER GASREINIGUNGSANLAGE DER EISEN- ODER STAHLERZEUGUNG STAMMTPatentansprüche:I. Verfahren zur Behandlung zink- und bleihaltigen Staubs, der aus einer Gasreinigungsanlage der Eisen- oder Stahlerzeugung stammt, bei welchem Verfahren der Staub einer Flotationstrennbehandlung unterworfen wird, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:(i) Unterwerfen des Staubes der Flotationstrennbehandlung in einem Bad mit einem pH-Wert im Bereich von 7 bis 9, sodaß der Staub entsprechend der Teilchengröße in eine flotierte Komponente, in der das Zink und Blei konzentriert ist, und in eine nicht flotierte Komponente getrennt wird, (ii) Zuführen der nicht flotierten Komponente zu einem Erzaufbereitungsprozeß für einen Reduktionsofen, (iii) Einstellen der Badbedingungen auf eine Staubkonzentration im Bereich von 20 bis AO Gew.-% und eine Temperatur im Bereich von 5 bis 500C, wobei ein Luftvolumen im Bereich von 2 bis 6 l/min/l Flüssigkeit durch das Bad geleitet wird, und die Behandlungsdauer im Bereich von 15 bis 30 min liegt.2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem bei der Flotationstrennbehandlung ein Schaumbildner (Schäumer) verwendet wird, wobei der Schaumbildner ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus kurzkettigen Alkohol-Polyglykoläthern, verzweigten Hexanolen und verzweigten Decanolen.3, Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem eine Menge an Schaumbildner im Bereich von 0,1 bis 1,0 kg/t Staub verwendet wird. U. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welchem die flotierte Komponente bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 20 bis BO0C ι' mit HCL unter solchen Bedingungen ausgelaugt wird, daß mindestens 90 % der vorhandenen Zink- und Blei-Komponenten gelöst werden, wobei das feste Rückstandsmaterial nach dem Auslaugen in dem genannten Erzaufbereitungsprozeß verwendet wird.5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die Badtemperatur im Bereich von 15 bis 300C liegt.
