Description
Leerlauf-Druckausgleichvorrichtung für Lokomotiven mit Ventilsteuerung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine besondere Anordnung der Einlaßventile von Lokomotiven mit Ventilsteuerung, welche die selbsttätige Ausgleichung des Druckes vor und hinter dem Kolben beim Fahren mit geschlossenem Regler (Leerlauf) gestattet. Die Zeichnung, welche den Dampfzylinder in einem Längsschnitt darstellt, soll die Erfindung näher erläutern. Zwei Einlaßventile A, B öffnen sich nach innen in eine gemeinsame Kammer I, an welche sich die Dämpfzuleitung vom Kessel (oder bei Verbundmaschinen. vorn Aufnehmer) anschließt. Anstatt der üblichen, auf die Ventilspindeln aufgeschobenen Federn-, die das Schließen der Ventile bewirken, ist an jedem Ventil eine Feder M vorgesehen, welche das Ventil zu öffinen bestrebt-ist. Die Ventilspindel G ist verdickt und wirkt wie ein Dampfkolben, der entgegen der Wirkung der gespannten Feder M durch den in Kammer J vorhandenen Druck die Ventile geschlossen hält. Wenn nun der Regler abgeschlossen wird, fällt sofort der Druck in der Zuteilungskammer J und damit der Innendruck auf die Spindeln G, so daß sich beide Ventile gleichzeitig unter der Wirkung der Schwere und der Feder M ganz öffnen. Durch die Ventilkanäle wird die Verbindung der beiden Zylinderseiten hergestellt, und das darin enthaltene Druckmittel kann in an sich bekannter Weise umlaufen,.
