Description

Venturimesser mit elektrischer Summierung, Fernanzeige und Registrierung, bei dem der Wechselstrommagnet. des Gebers zwei Polpaare aufweist. Bei den bekannten Venturimessern, die die Druckdifferenz des zu, messenden Mediums zwischen dem normalen und einem verengten Querschnitt des Rohres messen, liegen" Anzeige-, Registrier- und Summierungsapparat in Reihe in ein und'demselben Stromkreis. Um bei dieser Schaltung das'Resultat <der Summierung fehlerlos zu erhalten, wird vom Netz. aus dem . Summierungsapparat ein besonerer Strom zugeführt, der so groß bemessen; ist, daß er gerade den Reibungswiderstand: dieses Apparates. ausgleicht. Dabei ist -bisher. außer acht gelassen worden, daß der Summierungsapparat die Durchflußmenge jedoch während einer gewissen Zeit ,nicht richtig anzeigt, nämlieh, wenn-es sich während> des Betriebes nötig macht, einen der anderen Apparate auszuschalten, um z. B. ein neues. Registrierblatt im Registrierapparat aufzulegen. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bisherigen Anordnung ist, daß bei Abschaltung des Summierungsapparates auch die anderen Apparate fehlanzeigen. Um .diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, trägt ge= mäß der Erfindung das eine Polpaar . des in zwei ,Polpaare -unterteilten_ Wechselstrommagneten des = Gebers zwei voneinander elektrisch gesonderte Induktionsspulen, an die je. ein besonderer Stromkreis angeschlossen ist, in dem getrennt die RegisIrier- und Anzeigeapparate -b@zw. -,der Summieru:ngsapparat liegen. Eine .gegenseitige Beeinflussung der Apparate bei gelegentlichen Störungen oder Abschaltungen :wird ,durch eine derartige Anordnung verhindert. Im Betrieb werden durch die je- weilige Stellung des Eisenkernes e in den Induktionsspulen b, c Induktionsströme erzeugt, von denen, der eine (in l,_) den Summierungsapparat d und der andere (in i2) die Registrier-und Anzeigeapparate f und g, h antreibt. Bei der Abschaltung öder bei Störung irgendeines Apparates während des Betriebes werden die im anderen Strombeis liegenden Apparate nicht beeinflußt. Zur Ausgleichung des Reibungswiderstandes- wird dem Summierungsapparat d in bekannter Weise als Vorantrieb ein Strom über Leitungen s zugeführt, der so bemessen ist, daß er gerade diesen Widerstand überwindet. In der A'bb. 2 sind .die Bezeichnungen der einzelnen Teile die gleichen wie in Ab b. r. Im Gegensatz zur Abb. i sind die beiden Induktionsspulen b und c auf einem Pol des Polpaares p angebracht. Die Wirkungsweise ist die gleiche wie die nach Abb. i beschriebene.
