Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kohle-Pech-GetniSCheS zur Brikettbereitung. Es ist bekannt, bei der Herstellung eines Brikettiergemisches das Bindemittel in fein verteilte Form zu bringen und dann mit dem Brikettiergut zu mischen. Hierbei wird z. B. Pech in einer Mühle zerkleinert und das Pechmehl dann mittels Luftstromes durch einen Räum befördert, in welchem sich die Kohle in ständiger Bewegung befindet. Der Pechstaub schlägt sich auf die Kohle nieder und mischt sich mit derselben. Bei diesem Verfahren können Verluste an dem an sich wertvolleren Bindemittel eintreten, da der feinste Teil des Pechstaubes, mit dem der Luftstrom gesättigt ist, nicht vollständig zum Niederschlag auf das Brikettiergut gelangt. Außerdem kann, falls die Kohle so trocken ist, daß sie Staub bildet, leicht ein Teil derselben mit ausgeblasen werden.Process for the production of a coal-pitch grain for the preparation of briquettes.
