Abstract

The invention relates to a rail bearing, consisting of angular clamping plates, a rail support, which is screwed to the clamping plates directly or indirectly (i.e. via an intermediate part), and an insulating element made of rubber or rubber-like material which is situated between rail foot, rail web, clamping plates and rail support. The essential feature of this invention consists in that the insulating element is designed, in the transverse direction of the rail, continuously and in one piece (variant A) or continuously and in three pieces, the two insulating-element parts between rail web and clamping plates exhibiting greater hardness than the insulating-element part between rail foot and rail support (variant B).
