Die Räume 13 und 14 dienen zum Aufenthalt der Arbeiter und der Beiiienungsmannschaft der Taucherglocke und sind mit seitlich angebrachten Öffnungen oder Fenstern 24 versehen, die rings an den Wänden herum verteilt sind. Eine wasserdichte Tür 25 ermöglicht den Zutritt zu Odem Raum 13 und den Austritt aus ihm.
