Description
Selbsttätig wirkendes Kühl- und Richtbett für Feineisen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung des selbsttätig wirkenden Kühl- und Richtbettes nach Patent ;() 9360 und bezweckt, das Auflaufen der aus dem Walzwerk kommenden Stäbe auf die erste Tragliebelreihe derart zu regeln, daß auch die während des Cb.rhebens der bereits aufgenommenen Stäbe vor der ersten Traghebelreilie anlangenden Walzstäbe sicher in die letztere aufgenommen und auf die gegeneinander schwingenden Traghebelreihen übergehoben werden. Zu dem Zweck werden die Traghebel der ersten Tragliebelreilie an ihren Abhebeenden als Zylindersegmente ausgebildet und derart vor der Zuführungsrinne angeordnet, daß die Umfangsfläche der Zylindersegmente während des L'berhebens der aufgenommenen Stäbe als Anschlag- und Richtwand für die neu ankommenden Stäbe wirkt. Durch diese Erfindung wird jede Beschädigung des Kühlbettes durch die zwischen je zwei Abhebegängen ankommenden Stäbe verhütet und gleichzeitig ein Ausrichten derselben auch während des Schwingens der ersten Traghebelreihe hervorgerufen.Automatic cooling and straightening bed for fine iron.
