Description
Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten von Bügeleisen (20), bei dem eine Oberfläche (21) der Bügeleisensohle zunächst im Plasmasprüh-Verfahren mit einer Haftgrundschicht (23), insbesondere einer Nickel-Aluminium-Schicht oder Chrom- Nickel-Schicht versehen und alsdann eine Antihaftschicht (25), insbesondere auf PTFE-Basis, aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftgrundschicht (23) mit einer Dicke von 10 bis 20 µm aufgebracht und alsdann im Plasmasprüh-Verfahren auf die Haftgrundschicht (23) eine Hartstoffschicht (24), insbesondere eine Aluminiumoxid-Schicht oder Aluminiumoxid/Titanoxid-Schicht mit einer Dicke von 30 bis 60 µm aufgetragen, weiterhin auf die Hartstoffschicht (24) die Antihaftschicht (25) aufgebracht und schließlich die Antihaftschicht (25) eingebrannt wird, wobei die Antihaftschicht (25) in einer Menge aufgebracht wird, daß nach deren Einbrennen in Tälern (30) der Hartstoffschicht (24) dickere Bereiche und auf Spitzen (31) der Hartstoffschicht (24) dünnere Bereiche der Antihaftschicht (25) entstehen.
