Die Erfindung betrifft Kunststoffplatten oder Kunst­ stofformteile aus geschlossenporigem Kunststoffschaum mit hinterschnittartigen Vertiefungen, sowie einem Werkzeug mit der diese Vertiefungen in das Material eingepresst werden konnen.The invention relates to plastic sheets or art molded parts made of closed-pore plastic foam with undercut-like depressions, as well as a Tool with these indentations in the material can be pressed.

Daß bei diesem Vorgang das Aus­ gangsmaterial von allen Partikeln befreit wird, ist nicht absolut sicher. Zu dem laden sich diese Platten bei der Weiterverarbeitung später wieder auf. Bei ge­ schäumten Formteilen z.B. aus EPS werden, um bei der Produktion höhere Taktzeiten zu erzielen, die Werkzeug­ formen oft mit Trennmittelspray vorbehandelt, damit die geschäumten Formteile besser aus den Formen ausgestos­ sen werden können. Diese material- und verarbeitungs­ spezifischen Besonderheiten sind ursächlich dafür, daß sich die Kunststoffkörper ob ausgestanzt aus Folien oder als Formteile geschäumt, die mittels Haftmasse an Reinigungsmittelkörper angebracht werden, sich später von diesen wieder ablösen können.
