Description
- Verwendung eines Materials auf der Basis von Zement und
- Betonspachtel A zur Herstellung von Dekorelementen Wie im Hauptpatent beschreiben, eignet sich ein Material auf der Basis von Portland- oder Weißzement oder einer Mischung dieser Zementsorten einerseits und Betpnspachtel A (wässrige Kunstharzdispersion of terpolymerer Basis mit Calcit- und Quan£üllstoff) andererseits im Verhältnis von 80 : 20 für die Herstellung von Stuck und Dekorelementen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Weg aufzuzeigen, der es gestattet, das Gewicht von mit dem in der Hauptanmeldung beschriebenen Material hergestellten Dekorelementen klein zu halten. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Material lediglich zur Herstellung von Außenhüllen der Stuck- und Dekorelemente verwendet wird und diese Außenhüllen mit einem leichten Füllstoff, insbesondere Polyurethan- oder Polystyrolschaum, ausgefüllt werden.
- Die vorstehende Technik empfiehlt sich inbesondere bei großflächigen und schweren Elementen und bei Vollwärmeschutzsystemen.
Claims (1)
- Anspruch Verwendung eines Materials auf der Basis von Portland- oder Weißzement oder einer Mischung dieser Zementsorten einerseits und Betonspachtel A (wässrige Kunstharzdispersion auf terpolymerer Basis mit Calcit- und Quarzfüllstoff) im Verhältnis von 80 : 20 nach der Patentanmeldung P 34 17 077.4, zur Herstellung von Außenhüllen von Stuck- und Dekorelementen, die mit leichten Füllstoffen, insbesondere Polyurethan- oder Polystyrolschaum, gefüllt sind.
