Description

Unterbrecher für Zündmaschinen. Bei dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen platinlosen Unterbrecher handelt es sich grundsätzlich um ein neues Prinzip; die konstruktive Ausarbeitung .dieses Prinzipes blieb naturgemäß im Hintergrund. Hier wird aber eine Ausführung des Unterbrechers nach die-. sein Prinzip vorgeschlagen, welche eine rein konstruktive Ausbeutung des neuen Gedankens im Sinne einer weiteren bedeutenden Vereinfachung und Verbilligung darstellen soll. Nach diesem Vorschlag soll der ganze Unterbrecher aus nur drei Teilen (Isolation und Körperkontakt ausgenommen) bestehen, und zwar aus zwei eisernen Schalen b und c mit zwei gegen die Fliehkraft widerstandsfähig, z. B. als Seitensperrzahn, geformten Kontakten d und e, welche den dritten Teil des Unterbrechers, den Zwischenkörper g, in der als Zelle dienenden. Ausbohrung des Isolationsstückes a aufnehmen. Dabei hat die Schale b .durch den konischen Sitz k, Körperschluß, und die Schale c ist durch die Befestirungsschraube f an das Primärwicklungsende angeschlossen. Da das Isolationsstück a vermittels der Befestigungsschraube f zwischen den beiden Schalen b und c fest eingepreßt ist, so Ivird dadurch eine Luftabdichtung in allen Richtungen außer der Peripherie 2 erreicht. Wie aus Fig. i und 2 sowie aus .den Zeichnungen 3 bis 6 ersichtlich ist, kommt hier das Bodenanschlagstück des Hauptpatents in Wegfall, die Isolationsscheibchen h und i dagegen bleiben.Breakers for blasting machines.
