Gummihohlfigur mit Pfeife. Bei den Gummihohlfiguren mit Pfeife, wie
Gummipuppen, Gummitieren u. dgl., wird bisher die Pfeife in der Weise angeordnet,
daß in ein Loch der Wandung die flache, radförmige, aus Metallblech hergestellte,
am Umfang mit einer Rille versehene Pfeife eingedrückt wird. Die so hergestellte
Verbindung der Pfeife mit der Hohlfigur ist nur eine lose; die Kinder, denen man
die Puppe oder die sonstige Hohlfigur als Spielzeug gibt, lösen die Pfeife heraus,
nehmen sie in den Mund, und es entsteht die Gefahr des Verschluckens i des Bleches.
Bei der neuen Gummihohlfigur mit Pfeife ist die Pfeife nach innen verlegt und so
mit der inneren Wandung der Hohlfigur vereinigt, d.aß eine Lösung der 'Verbindung
und Herausnahm.e der Pfeife unmöglich ist. Dabei kann die Benutzung einer Metallblechpfeife
vollständig unterbleiben. Dies wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß auf der inneren Wandung
der Figur durch eine aufgelegte und festvulkanisierte Gummikappe ein Hohlrauen geschaffen
ist, und zum Zwecke der Entstehung eines pfeifenden Tones beim Drücken auf die Hohlfigur
die gegenüberstehenden Wandungen des so gebildeten Hohlraumes etwa in der Mitte
durchlocht i sind. In den so gebildeten Hohlraum kann aber auch eine passende Metallblechpfeife
so eingesetzt sein, daß did Löcher der Pfeife i zusammentreffen mit den Löchern
des an der Innenwandung vorgesehenen Hohlraumes. Die Herstellung der Gummihohlfigur
mit 11Zetallblechpfeife erfolgt in der Weise, daß die Pfeife vor Zusammensetzen
der beiden Teile der Hohlfigur in die Innenwandung des einen Teiles etwas eingedrückt,
dann mit Gummimasse überstrichen und in diese richtig eingebettet wird; nach Zusammensetzung
der beiden Teile der Figur erfolgt in der auch sonst üblichen Weise die Formung
und Vulkanisation; hierbei -,wird die Pfeife einvulkanisiert. Ihre Löcher werden
nachträglich dadurch freigelegt, daß die betreffenden Stellen des Hohlraumes durchstochen
