Sohlenschoner. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist die besondere Ausgestaltung eines Sohlenschoners, der aus einer gewölbten oder dachförinigen Platte mit angebogenen Spitzen besteht. Neu an diem Schoner ist, daß die Spitzen mit ihren flachen Seiten senkrecht zur Knicklinie der Platte stehen. Beim Aufschlagen schlägt sich das Plättchen in bekannter Weise flach oder anähernd flach, während die schrägen Spitzen dabei noch eine schrägere Lage einnehmen und widerhakenartig in das Leder eindringen.
