Description
Der Adapterblock oder Montageblock wird durch Zusammenkleben mehrerer Platten hergestellt, dann folgt ein überschleifen. Besonders hochwertige Montageblöcke mit integrierten Verbindungen erhält man, wenn man auf den eigentlichen Kanal- oder Verbindungsblock spezielle Montageplättchen für die Pneumatik-Elemente aus einem kompakten Duroplastmaterial z. B. Phenolharz, aufklebt. Dasselbe Verfahren gilt auch für Verbindungsteile zum Anschluß von Multipolstekkern: sehr günstig ist z. B. eine Mehrfachbuchsenleiste •»5 mit eingeformten Löchern zur Aufnahme von mittels U-Ring gedichteten Stecknippeln, welche auch noch über eingelegte Gewindebüchsen od. dgl. verfügt.
