Claims (11)

Patentansprüche
1. Durch Strahlung härtbares Beschichtungsgemisch aus einem silicium/vinyl-funktionellen Silanol in Kombination mit mindestens einem multifunktionellen Acryl- oder Methacrylsäureestermonomeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das strahlungshärtbare Gemisch
a) 50 bis 85 %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemisches, an kolloidalem Silicium und dem partiellen Kondensat eines Silans, wobei mindestens 50 % des Silans ein vinyl-funktionelles Silan entsprechend der Formel
(R)9Si(R')b(R")c
ist, worin
R allyl- oder vinyl-funktionelles Alkyl, R1 hydrolysierbares Alkoxy oder Phenoxy, R" nicht-hydrolysierbares, gesättigtes Alkyl, Phenyl
oder Siloxy
ist, wobei a + b + c = 4 und
a 2: 1,
b > 1,
c S 0 und
b) 15 bis 50 %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemischs, an mindestens einem multifunktionellen Acryl- oder Methacrylsäureestermonomeren
enthält.

2. Gemisch nach Anspruch lf dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner bis zu 10 % eines Photoinitiators enthält.
3. Gemisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn-
zeichnet, daß das Vinylsilan ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe umfassend Vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silan, Vinyltriethoxysilan, Vinyltriisopropenoxysilan, Phenylvinyldiethoxysilan, Vinyltris(t-butylperoxy)silan, Vinylmethyldiethoxysilan, Vinyltris-t-butoxysilan, Vinyldimethylethoxysilan, Vinyltriphenoxysilan, Diphenylvinylethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan, 1,3-Divinyltetraethoxydisiloxan und Vinyltriisopropoxysilan, vorzugsweise ist das Vinylsilan ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Vinyltriethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan und Vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silan.
4. Gemisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Photoinitiator eine Mischung aus Benzophenon und 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl-phenylketon ist.
5. Gemisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es ferner 1 bis 35 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemischs, an mindestens einem wasserlöslichen Alkanol, vorzugsweise Isopropanol, in einer bevorzugten Menge von 15 bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemischs, enthält.
6. Abriebfeste Kunststoffolie bestehend aus einer haftvermittelnd vorbeschichteten Kunststoffolie mit einer

durch gekennzeichnet, daß die abriebfeste Schicht aus dem vernetzten Umsetzungsprodukt eines durch Strahlung härtbaren Gemische besteht, das
a) 50 bis 85 %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemisches, an kolloidalem Silicium und dem partiellen Kondensat eines Silans, wobei mindestens 60 % des Silans ein vinyl-funktionelles Silan entsprechend der Formel

ist, worin
R allyl- oder vinyl-funktionelles Alkyl, R1 hydrolysierbares Alkoxy oder Phenoxy, R" nicht-hydrolysierbares, gesättigtes Alkyl, Phenyl oder Siloxy

7. Folie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffolie ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe umfassend Polyester, Polypropylen, Polycarbonat und Polyamid, wobei die Kunststoffolie vorzugsweise eine mit einer Acryl-Haftvermittlerschicht beschichtete Polyesterfolie ist.
8. Folie nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Acryl-Haftvermittlerschicht aus dem Umsetzungsprodukt eines vernetzbaren Acrylterpolymerisats mit einem Vernetzungsmittel besteht, wobei das Acrylterpolymerisat vorzugsweise aus Methylmethacrylat/Ethylacrylat/Methacrylamid im Molverhältnis von ca. 52,5:42,5:5 besteht und das Vernetzungsmittel ein Melamin/Formaldehyd-Kondensat ist.
9. Folie nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das alkylierte Melamin/Formaldehyd-Kondensat Hexamethoxymethylmelamin ist.
10· Abriebfeste Polyesterfolie, hergestellt durch Schmelzextrudieren eines im wesentlichen amorphen Polyesterharzes in Form einer Bahn, Abkühlen des Harzes zu einer Polyestervorfolie, Orientieren der Polyestervorfolie in einer Richtung zu einer uniaxial orientierten Polyesterfolie, Beschichten der uniaxial orientierten Polyesterfolie mit einem haftvermittelnden Vorbeschichtungsgemisch, so daß eine beschichtete Polyesterfolie entsteht, Orientieren der beschichteten Polyesterfolie im rechten Winkel zur ersten Orientierungsrichtung, so daß
