Bei derartigen Backofen mit thermischer und/oder hochfrequenter Beheizung des Gargutes gewinnt das dichte Verschließen der Backofenmuffel beim Garbetrieb oder bei pyrolytischem Selbstreinigungsbetrieb zunehmende Bedeutung, einmal aus Gründen der Energieeinsparung und im Falle der Beheizung des Gargutes durch Mikrowellenstrahlung aus Sicherheitsgründen, d. h. es soll mit Sicherheit verhindert werden, iaß Mikrowellenstrahlung durch evtl. Leckstcüen zwischen ίο Backofentür und Muffclflansch hindurch nach außen austritt. Hierzu ist bei einem bekannten Hochfrequenz-Heizgerät (DE-OS 30 14 458) an der Türoberseite eines sogenannten Backwagens ein erster Sicherheitsschalter und in der Tiefe des Heizraumes, also an der Backofen-Rückseite ein zweiter Schalter etwa in der Mitte der Schiebezüge des schubladenartig verschiebbaren Backwagens vorgesehen, zu dessen Betätigung ein an einer Traverse zwischen den Schiebezügen angeordneter Schaltstößel dient. Hierbei bleibt noch das Problem, daß bei einer nur bei derartigen Backwagenausführungen möglichen Verkantung beim Schließen der Backofentür ein noch vorhandener Spalt zwischen der Backofentür und dem Backofenflansch von den Sicherheitsschaltern nicht registriert wird, der Arbeits-Stromkreis also geschlossen wird. Bei einem anderen bekannten Gerät (FR 24 49 849) sind zwar vier Türschalter vorhanden, durch die die ebene Anlage der Backofentür am Backofenflansch registriert wird, jedoch befinden sich sämtliche Sicherheitsschalter an der Gerätefrontseite, was be- m dingt, daß in der frontseitigen Abdeckung des Gerätes Stößelöffnungen vorhanden sein müssen.
