Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1.
Gemäß Patent 29 43 309 werden Kohle und Müll gemeinsam nach entsprechender Vorbereitung pyrolisiert und anschließend weiterverarbeitet. Als zusätzlicher Kohlenstoffträger wird vorzugsweise unvorbehandelte Ballastkohle eingesetzt, die dem Müll vor der Pyrolyse zugesetzt wird, um eine Mischung mit homogenisiertem Heizwert zu erhalten. Die Pyrolyse läuft dann ab, wobei die Mischung durch Änderung der Fließ- und Förder richtung intensiv durchmengt wird. Als Weiterbehandlung ist dann vorgesehen, daß die festen Pyrolyseprodukte unter Zufuhr des Pyrolysegases und von Luft- und Wasserdampf anschließend vergast werden.According to patent 29 43 309, coal and waste are common after appropriate preparation pyrolyzed and then processed further. Damit ist ein Verfahren geschaffen, bei dem das entstehende Pyrolysegas ohne Vorreinigung der Energienutzung im normalen Kohlekraftwerkskessel zugeführt werden kann, wobei gleich zeitig eine vorteilhafte Verarbeitung der festen Pyrolyse produkte gegeben ist. Aufgrund der vollständigen Wärmenutzung in der nachgeschalteten Kraftwerkskesselanlage ergibt sich ein wirtschaftliches Gesamtverfahren. - 4. Die Pyrolysegase werden in einem Gasbrenner (5) ebenfalls im Kraftwerkskessel (3) verbrannt.
