Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die Pyrolyse läuft dann ab, wobei die Mischung durch Änderung der Fließ- und Förder­ richtung intensiv durchmengt wird. Damit ist ein Verfahren geschaffen, bei dem das entstehende Pyrolysegas ohne Vorreinigung der Energienutzung im normalen Kohlekraftwerkskessel zugeführt werden kann, wobei gleich­ zeitig eine vorteilhafte Verarbeitung der festen Pyrolyse­ produkte gegeben ist. Aufgrund der vollständigen Wärmenutzung in der nachgeschalteten Kraftwerkskesselanlage ergibt sich ein wirtschaftliches Gesamtverfahren. Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zur gemeinsamen Pyrolyse von Ballastkohle und Müll mit anschließender Weiterverarbeitung, wobei der Müll zunächst von nichtbrennbaren Teilen befreit und dann unter ständigem Umwälzen zusammen mit den Kohlestoffträgern einer Pyrolisierung unterzogen wird, nach Patent 29 43 309, gekenn­ zeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
  • 1. Müll und Ballastkohle werden pyrolisiert.
  • 2. Unter möglichst weitgehender Ausschaltung von Wärmever­ lusten werden die festen Pyrolyseprodukte auf eine für die Beschickung eines Brenners geeignete Korngröße zer­ kleinert.
  • 3. Die zerkleinerten Pyrolyseprodukte werden weitgehend ohne Wärmeverlust einem Kohlebrenner (6) zugeführt und unter einem Kraftwerkskessel (3) ver­ brannt.
  • 4. Die Pyrolysegase werden in einem Gasbrenner (5) ebenfalls im Kraftwerkskessel (3) verbrannt.
