Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Fassaden-Dämmplatte der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 erläuterten Art.The invention relates to a facade insulation panel of the type explained in the preamble of claim 1.
Die Isolierschicht besteht bei bekannten Dämmplatten dieser Art aus einer der Größe der Dämmplatte entsprechenden, locker verpreßten Bahn aus Mineralfasern, wobei zwangsläufig die Hauptfaserrichtung parallel zur Deckschicht verläuft. Die Isolierschicht hut quer zu ihrer Hauptebene eine sehr geringe Stabilität und Festigkeit. Um diesen Nachteil auszugleichen, werden die bekannten Dämmplatten mit zwei Deckschichten aus zementgebundener Holzwolle mit Stegen aus dem gleichen Material versehen, die die beiden Deckschichten an mindestens zwei Längskanten verbinden. Die zwischen den Deckschichten liegende Isolierschicht wird damit druckentlastet. Allerdings wird damit auch die Wärme- und Schalldämmfähigkeit vermindert, da die Stege unerwünschte Kältebrücken bilden. Außerdem wird für die Deckschicht und die Stege eine verhältnismäßig dicke Holzwolleschicht benötigt, um den Ausdehnungskräften der Mineralfasern entgegenzuwirken. Das macht die Platten schwer.
