Description

The invention relates to a facade insulation panel of the type explained in the preamble of claim 1.

The insulating layer exists in known insulation boards of this type from a loosely compressed sheet of mineral fibers corresponding to the size of the insulation board, whereby the main fiber direction inevitably runs parallel to the cover layer. The insulating layer hat at right angles to their main plane very poor stability and strength. To compensate for this disadvantage, the well-known insulation boards with two outer layers of cement-bonded wood wool with webs made of the same material, which connect the two cover layers on at least two longitudinal edges. The insulating layer between the cover layers is thus relieved of pressure. However, it will the heat and sound insulation properties are also reduced, as the webs form undesirable cold bridges. In addition, a relatively thick layer of wood wool is required for the top layer and the webs to counteract the expansion forces of the mineral fibers. That makes the plates difficult. The familiarization of folds for an overlapped assembly is not possible, as this inevitably interrupts the webs would be.

For external vapor-tight thermal insulation and for soundproofing air conditioning ducts and pipelines are finally lamellar mats made of a film-like carrier layer and an insulating layer made of mineral fibers known. To such a relatively thick mat, support layer inside to a pipe place, the plane of the mat lying against the pipe circumference must be able to be compressed relatively strongly in the circumferential direction be. For these reasons, the mineral fibers were placed on the carrier web in such a way that their main fiber direction is perpendicular to the plane of the carrier web.

A use of these lamellar mats for facade insulation panels is not known.

The invention is based on the object of providing a facade insulation panel of the type mentioned at the beginning create that, when using relatively pressure-sensitive insulation material, are still sufficiently stable and is designed to be pressure-resistant.

This problem is solved by the characterizing features from the main claim,
Owing to the mineral fibers arranged perpendicular to the main plane of the cover layer according to the invention, a significantly better stability is achieved against a load acting over a surface perpendicular to the main plane. Frontal webs are not required, so that no heat and sound bridges arise. The facade insulation panels can be stacked and transported without any problems. Installation in a flush plane is made easier, and a fold for overlapping installation can also be made without any problems. The cover layers can be kept relatively thin, whereby a structure with cover layers arranged on both sides is also possible.

Advantageous developments of the invention Facade insulation panels are from the subclaims evident.

Es zeigtAn embodiment of the facade insulation board according to the invention is described below with reference to FIG Drawing explained in more detail. It shows

Wie aus Fig. 2 deutlich ersichtlich, sind die Mineralfasern der Isolieröl schicht 2 im wesentlichen senkrecht auf den folienartigen Träger 1 aufkaschiert, d. h. bei einer flächigen Beanspruchung der Dämmplatten werden die Fasern in Richtung ihrer Ach;,e belastet.1 shows a facade insulation board according to the invention with a support 1 on a film-like structure aufkaschieru.-n insulating layer 2 from loosely pressed Mineral fibers and an adjoining top layer 3 made of plaster base material. As from Fig. 2 clearly visible are the mineral fibers of the insulating oil layer 2 laminated essentially perpendicular to the film-like carrier 1, d. H. with a flat When the insulation panels are stressed, the fibers are loaded in the direction of their Ach;, e.

The folienariigc carrier I can be made of aluminum, Crepe or aluminum kraft paper are made. However, a carrier layer made of a fleece is particularly favorable non-burning fibers, as this is vapor-permeable and yet fire-retardant.

In the production of the facade insulation board according to the invention the mineral fiber layer is first laminated onto the film-like carrier and then in usually glued to the top layer. After this operation, the finished panels stacked, whereby the stack pressure presses the glue point together and ensures an intimate connection. In Fig. 3 is a facade insulation panel according to the invention with folds 4 for overlapped assembly shown. The shape and the application of the folds 4 can be varied depending on the requirements. she can e.g. B. be arranged circumferentially.

If necessary, a second cover layer can also be applied to the film-like carrier.

The cover layer 3 is a cover layer / insulating layer carrier in one construction expediently approx. 15-25 mm thick; with top layers arranged on both sides the thickness is reduced to approx. 5–10 mm. The thickness of the insulating layer 2 should be approx. 30-60 mm.
