Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mal- und Zeichenblock gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a painting and drawing pad according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die Trägerplatte ist ferner mit einem den Block mit den Zeichenblättern abdeckenden Deckblatt versehen. Im zusammengeklappten Zustand des Mal- und Zeichenblockes liegt der den Block mit den Zeichenblättern außenseitig tragende Abschnitt auf den mittleren Abschnitt mit den eingeklappten Laschen, wobei der andere äußere Abschnitt auf dem Block mit den Zeichenblättern liegt. An einem der beiden anderen seitlichen Abschnitten des Faltzuschnittes ist rückseitig der Block mit den Zeichenblättern angeordnet. Der Faltabschnitt der den blockfreien Abschnitt mit dem mittleren Abschnitt verbindet, weist eine Breite auf, die der Stärke des Blockes mit den Zeichenblättern entspricht. Der mittlere Abschnitt 33 des Faltzuschnittes 30 trägt an seinen freien unteren und oberen Randkanten 33a, 33b angefaltete und nach innen auf die Abschnittsfläche 33c einfaltbare Laschen 36, 37, die für die Aufnahme von Skizzenblättern in Pfeilrichtung X8 und X9 nach außen geklappt und nach Einlegen der Skizzenblätter wieder nach innen zur Anlage auf den Abschnitt geklappt werden. Der äußeren Abschnitt 35 weist auf seiner Rückseite den Block 200 mit den Zeichenblättern 201 auf/während der andere Abschnitt 34 blockfrei ausgebildet ist. Der zeichenblattfreie Abschnitt 34 weist an seiner freien Längsrandkante 34a mittig eine angefaltete Einstecklasche 38' auf, während der die Laschen 36, 37 tragende Abschnitt 33 des Faltzuschnittes 30 auf seiner Rückseite mit einem Einsteckschlitz 38 für die Einstecklasche 38' versehen ist (Fig. 11). Der Abschnitt 44 mit dem eingeklebten blattförmigen Zuschnitt 45 weist an seinen oberen und unteren Randkanten 44a, 44b je eine angefaltete in Pfeilrichtung X13 und X14 ein- und ausklappbare Lasche 46, 47, die in Verbindung mit dem Zuschnitt 45, wenn dieser auf den Abschnitt 44 geklappt ist, die Mappe bildet. Der blattförmige Zuschnitt 45 weist die gleichen Abmessungen auf, wie die Abschnitte 43, 44 des Faltzuschnittes 40. Es besteht jedoch darüber hinaus auch die Möglichkeit den blattförmigen Zuschnitt 45 kleiner zu bemessen; bei dieser Ausführungsform ist es jedoch erforderlich, die Laschen 46, 46 und 51 so groß zu bemessen und auszubilden, daß alle drei Laschen von dem blattförmigen Zuschnitt 45 ganz bzw. abschnittsweise bedeckt sind, damit in die taschenförmig ausgebildete Mappe eingelegte Skizzenblätter oder Schriftstücke nicht herausfallen können. An dem äußeren Karton-Zuschnitt 45 ist mittig eine in den Bereich der Aussparung 57 reichende Verschlußlasche 58 ausgebildet, die in den Einsteckschlitz 52 der Randlasche 51 eingeschoben ist, wenn im zusammengeklappten Zustand des Mal- und Zeichenblockes 103 die Randlasche den den Block 200 mit den Zeichenblättern 201 tragenden Abschnitt 43 außenseitig übergreift. An dem äußeren Karton-Zuschnitt 55 ist mittig eine in den Bereich der Aussparung 57 reichende Verschlußlasche 58 ausgebildet, die in den zwischen einem laschenartigen auf der Außenseite 51a der Randlasche 51 des die Laschen 46, 47 tragenden Abschnittes 44 des Faltzuschnittes 103 angebrachten Riegel 59 und der Außenseite der Randlasche 51 ausgebildete Zwischenraum eingeschoben ist, so daß im zusammengeklappten Zustand des Mal- und Zeichenblockes 103 die Randlasche 51 den den Block 200 tragenden Abschnitt 43 außenseitig verriegelnd übergreift.A further closure design is shown in Fig. 17B. Painting and drawing pad according to claim 1, characterized in that the painting and drawing pad ( 103 ) consists of a folding blank ( 40 ) made of cardboard, paperboard or other suitable materials with two equally large sections (43, 44) connected to one another via a folding section ( 41 ) with a width approximately corresponding to the thickness of the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), arranged next to one another and corresponding approximately to the dimensions of the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), and of a further sheet-shaped blank ( 45 ) made of cardboard, paperboard or another suitable material, which is glued by means of a longitudinal edge flap ( 45a ) on the inside of one ( 44 ) of the two sections ( 43 , 44 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) adjacent to the folding section ( 41 ), that the section ( 44 ) with the glued-in sheet-shaped blank ( 45 ) has on its upper and lower edges ( 44 a, 44 b) a folded, foldable flap ( 46 , 47 ) each with an insertion slot ( 48 , 49 ) and on its lateral longitudinal edge ( 44 c) a folded, foldable edge flap ( 51 ) with an insertion slot ( 52 ), that the glued-in sheet-shaped blank ( 45 ) has on its lateral edge ( 45 b) two outer insertion flaps ( 48 ', 49 ') which can be inserted into the insertion slots ( 48 , 49 ) of the flaps ( 46 , 47 ) on the section ( 44 ) and with a central insertion slot ( 52 ) of the third edge flap ( 51 ) on which the Tabs ( 46 , 47 ) carrying section ( 44 ) is provided with insertable tabs ( 52 '), and that the section ( 43 ) of the two sections ( 43 , 44 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) without edge tabs carries the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) on the inside, wherein in the folded state of the painting and drawing block ( 103 ) the sheet-like blank ( 45 ) with its insertable tabs ( 48' , 49 ') inserted into the insertion slots ( 48 , 49 ) of the folded tabs ( 46 , 47 ) for forming the folder on the section ( 44 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) carrying the tabs ( 46 , 47 ) and the folded section (43) carrying the block (200) 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) carrying the section ( 43 ) lies on the sheet-like blank ( 45 ).

Painting and drawing pad according to claim 5, characterized in that the section ( 43 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) carrying the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) consists of two cardboard blanks ( 55 , 56 ) glued together, wherein a recess ( 57 ) is formed in the outer cardboard blank ( 55 ) which corresponds to the shape and dimensions of the edge flap ( 51 ) on the longitudinal edge ( 44 c) of the section ( 44 ) carrying the flaps ( 46 , 47 ), and that a closure flap ( 58 ) extending into the area of the recess ( 57 ) is formed centrally on the outer cardboard blank ( 55 ), which is inserted into the insertion slot ( 52 ) of the edge flap ( 51 ) when in the folded state of the Painting and drawing pad ( 103 ) the edge flap ( 51 ) overlaps the outside of the section ( 43 ) carrying the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ).

Painting and drawing pad according to claim 5, characterized in that the section ( 43 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) carrying the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) consists of two cardboard blanks ( 55 , 56 ) glued together, wherein a recess ( 57 ) is formed in the outer cardboard blank ( 55 ), which corresponds to the shape and dimensions of the edge flap ( 51 ) on the longitudinal edge ( 44 c) of the section ( 44 ) carrying the tabs ( 46 , 47 ), and that a closure tab (58) extending into the area of the recess ( 57 ) is formed centrally on the outer cardboard blank ( 55 ), which closure tab ( 58 ) is inserted into the space between a tab-like part ( 51 a) of the edge flap ( 51 ) of the section (44) carrying the tabs ( 46 , 47 ) carrying section ( 44 ) of the folding blank ( 103 ) and the outside of the edge flap ( 51 ) is inserted when, in the folded state of the painting and drawing pad ( 103 ), the edge flap ( 51 ) overlaps the outside of the section ( 43 ) carrying the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ).

Painting and drawing pad according to claim 1, characterized in that the painting and drawing pad ( 104 ) consists of a folding blank ( 60 ) made of cardboard, paperboard or other suitable materials with three equally large sections (63, 64, 65 ) connected to one another via two folding sections ( 61 , 62 ), arranged next to one another and corresponding approximately to the dimensions of the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), that the middle section ( 63 ) of the three sections ( 63 , 64 , 65 ) has flaps ( 66 , 67 ) folded on both opposite edges ( 63 a, 63 b), overlapping when folded onto the middle section ( 63 ) and releasably connectable to one another by means of a fastener ( 71 ), that on one ( 64 ) of the two lateral sections ( 64 , 65 ) of the folding blank ( 104 ), the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) is arranged on the back, and that the folding sections ( 61 , 62 ) which connect the block-free section ( 65 ) with the middle section ( 63 ) and this with the section ( 64 ) have a width which corresponds to the thickness of the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), wherein in the folded state of the painting and drawing block ( 104 ) the tabs ( 66 , 67 ) rest on the middle section ( 63 ) in a locked state to form the folder, the section ( 64 ) with the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) rests on the middle section ( 63 ) and the block-free section ( 65 ) on the folded section ( 64 ) with the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ).

Painting and drawing pad according to claim 8, characterized in that the closure ( 71 ) connecting the two tabs ( 66 , 67 ) of the middle section ( 63 ) of the folding blank ( 104 ) consists of a closure tab ( 72 ) attached to the inside of the respective upper tab ( 67 ) and two insertion slots ( 73 , 74 ) which are approximately congruent when the tabs ( 66 , 67 ) are folded in, wherein for the connection of the two tabs ( 66 , 67 ) the closure tab ( 72 ) is passed from above through the insertion slot ( 74 ) in the tab ( 67 ) carrying the closure tab ( 72 ) and is inserted into the insertion slot ( 73 ) in the other tab ( 66 ).

Painting and drawing pad according to claim 1, characterized in that the painting and drawing pad ( 105 ) consists of a folding blank ( 80 ) made of cardboard, paperboard or other suitable materials with three equally large sections (83, 84, 85 ) connected to one another via two folding sections ( 81 , 82 ) with a width approximately corresponding to the thickness of the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), arranged next to one another and corresponding approximately to the dimensions of the pad ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ), of which the middle section ( 83 ) has folded tabs ( 86 , 87 ) on its upper and lower edges ( 83 a, 83 b ), that one ( 84 ) of the two lateral sections ( 84 , 85 ) of the folding blank ( 80 ) carries the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) on the back, and that the block-free section ( 85 ) carries on the outside on its longitudinal edge ( 85a ) an edge flap ( 88 ) glued or folded to the section ( 85 ) for fastening the two ends ( 89a , 89b ) of a rubber retaining band ( 89 ) that holds the painting and drawing block ( 105 ) together in the folded state, wherein in the folded state of the painting and drawing block ( 105 ) the section ( 84 ) carrying the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) on the back lies on the middle section ( 83 ) with the folded-in flaps ( 86 , 87 ) and the block-free section ( 85 ) on the block ( 200 ) with the drawing sheets ( 201 ) and that Fastening tape ( 89 ) holds together all folded sections ( 83 , 84 , 85 ) of the folding blank ( 80 ).
