Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Polymerbitumenbahn in Sandwichbauweise, bestehend aus einer Oberschicht und einer Unterschicht mit einer metallischen Zwischenlage.The invention relates to a polymer bitumen sheet in sandwich construction, consisting of a top layer and a bottom layer with a metallic intermediate layer.
Die Firma GEORG BÖRNER, Chemische Werke für Dach- und Bautenschutz GmbH & CoKG, stellt in einem Prospekt unter Sk Bit 105 eine Wurzelschutzbahn vor, die aus einer Oberschicht und einer Unterschicht aus Polymerbitumen besteht und dazwischen eine Kupfereinlage von 0,1 mm Dicke angeordnet ist. Die Gesamtdicke der Wurzelschutzbahn beträgt cirka 5 mm und kommt insbesondere bei der Dachbegrünung zum Einsatz. Statt der Kupfereinlage kann auch Polyestervlies verwendet werden. Weiterhin ist unter SK bit 105 im Prospekt eine Polymerbitumen-Schweißbahn bekannt, die ebenfalls eine Oberschicht und eine Unterschicht aus Polymerbitumen aufweist. Als Zwischenlage kommt ein Glasverbundträger oder wahlweise Polyestervlies zum Einsatz. Weiterhin wird im Prospekt unter DACO-thene eine kaltselbstklebende Polymerbitumen-Dichtungsbahn vorgestellt, die für die einlagige Abdichtung von Kellerwänden, Fußböden, Fundamenten, Stützmauern u.a.m. gegen Bodenfeuchtigkeit und nichtdrückendes Wasser bestimmt ist.The company GEORG BÖRNER, Chemische Werke für Dach- und Bautenschutz GmbH & CoKG, presents a root protection membrane in a brochure under Sk Bit 105, which consists of a top layer and a bottom layer made of polymer bitumen, with a copper insert of 0.1 mm thick in between. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die metallische Zwischenlage gelöchert ist. Die Polymerbitumenbahn ist vorzugsweise 4 mm bis 6 mm dick. Vorteilhaft ist es, daß die gelöcherte Zwischenlage ein Geflecht mit einem Drahtdurchmesser von 0,1 mm bis 0,6 mm und einer Maschenweite kleiner 1 mm ist. Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die gelöcherte metallische Zwischenlage perforiert, deren Löcher einen Durchmesser kleiner 1 mm aufweisen, die Löcher mit einem Abstand von 2 mm bis 20 mm in der Zwischenlage angeordnet sind, und die Dicke der Zwischenlage kleiner 1 mm ist. Figur 1 zeigt die einzelnen Schichten einer Polymerbitumenbahn in Sandwichbauweise. Dabei ist zwischen einer Oberschicht 1 und einer Unterschicht 2 eine metallische Zwischenlage 2, wie Figur 2 verdeutlicht, angeordnet. Hierbei ist die Zwischenlage ein Geflecht mit einem Drahtdurchmesser von 0,1 mm bis 0,6 mm und einer Maschenweite von kleiner 1 mm, beispielsweise 0,8 mm. Die metallische Zwischenlage 2 kann auch eine Perforierung aufweisen, deren Löcher einen Durchmesser von kleiner 1 mm, beispielsweise 0,6 mm besitzen. Die Löcher sind in einem Abstand von 2 mm bis 20 mm in der Zwischenlage 2 angeordnet, wobei die Dicke der Zwischenlage 2 kleiner 1 mm, beispielsweise 0,8 mm, ist. Die Gesamtdicke der Poymerbxtumenbahn liegt, wie in Figur 2 dargestellt, bei 5 mm bis 6 mm. Die metallische Zwischenlage 2 ist aus rostfreiem Edelstahl. Neben der Tatsache, daß die Termiten durch die metallische Zwischenlage 2 aufgehalten werden, kommt es durch die Löcher in der Zwischenlage 2 zu einer direkten Verbindung zwischen Oberschicht 1 und Unterschicht 3, so daß die Oberschicht 1 und Unterschicht 3 die Zwischenlage 2 voll integrieren. Noch intensiver wird diese Verbindung bei einer perforierten Zwischenlage 2, da der Rand der Löcher nach außen gebogen ist und sich dadurch die Zwischenlage 2 zusätzlich mit der Oberschicht 1 und mit der Unterschicht 3 verbindet. Somit wird eine Polymerbitumenbahn als Nässeschutz und Termitenschutz erzeugt, die sich sehr gut an Unterlagen, wie winkelige Fundamentmauern, anlegen kann.Figure 1 shows the individual layers of a polymer bitumen sheet in a sandwich construction.
