Die Auspolsterung verbessert zum einen die Haftung zwischen Schirmständer 9 und Haltevorrichtung und ist gleichzeitig ein mechanischer Schutz gegen Kratzer für den Schirmständer 9. Der andere Schenkel der Teile A und B führt mittig die Aussparung 8 weiter und weist auf den seitlichen Schenkelbereichen Bohrungen 7 zur Aufnahme von Schrauben 5 auf. Die Schrauben 5 sind vorteilhafterweise Flügelschrauben, die auf der Gegenseite mittels einer Schraubenmutter festgezogen werden.
