Die o. g. Ärmeleinlage besteht, ähnlich wie eine Damenslipeinlage, aus dünnem Zellstoff und ist umhüllt mit einer dünnen, weichen PVC-Schicht mit luft- und feuchtigkeitsdurchlässigen Poren und besitzt an der Rückseite einen Klebestreifen mit einem abziehbaren Papierstreifen zum Befestigen an Kleidungsstücken bzw. eine klettverschlußähnliche Schicht zur besseren Haftung an groben Geweben (z. B. Pullovern) (3). Der Rand dieser Einlage ist fest verschweißt, so daß der Zellstoff und die Feuchtigkeit nicht nach Außen dringen. Die Form ist rundlich-oval. Es könnten eventuell mehrere Größen hergestellt werden (für kleine und große Achselhöhlen) (2). Auch die Dicke der Ärmeleinlagen ist variabel, da sich dies nach den Stärken der Transpirationen richten kann (1). Man könnte an beliebigen Orten, zu beliebigen Zeiten schnell und leicht Ärmeleinlagen austauschen. Dadurch, daß der Schweiß nicht auf dem Kleidungsstück verbleibt, können sich dort auch keine Bakterien vermehren und es entsteht kein Geruch. Weiterhin werden Kleidungsstücke vor ätzenden Einflüssen, wie Parfüm und Schweiß geschützt. Diese Flecken sind sehr hartnäckig und man bekommt sie auch durch mehrere Waschvorgänge schlecht weg. Sie verbleiben meistens für immer auf der Kleidung. Durch den Gebrauch dieser Einlagen kann ein Verschleiß von Kleidungsstücken verhindert werden. Es kann auch auf ein porenverstopfendes Anti-Transpirant-Mittel verzichtet werden, da dieses zur Verschiebung des Gleichgewichtes von Körperabsonderungen beiträgt und somit eher gesundheitsschädigend wirkt. Auch das Verhalten der Menschen untereinander würde sich durch die eingeschränkte Geruchsbelästigung bei Gebrauch dieser Einlage verbessern. 2. is attached to the garment under the armpit,

3. similar to a panty liner, it is made of cellulose and is covered with a soft PVC layer (to prevent wrinkles) and has air-permeable and moisture-permeable pores,

4. on the back ( 3 ) there is an adhesive layer with a removable paper strip or a Velcro-like layer for better adhesion to coarse fabrics (e.g. sweaters).
