Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wasser-Licht-Element mit einer mit Wasser gefüllten zylindrischen Säule aus einem wenigstens teil-5 weise durchsichtigen Material und einem die Säule tragenden Sockel mit einer Vorrichtung zum Einleiten von Luftbläschen und ggf.
