Description
Um Unebenheiten des Untergrundes auszugleichen verfügt das Saugmodul auf der Unterseite über Dichtlippen. Da zum Aufbau des Vakuums, aus Gründen der Zugfestigkeit und Stabilität, ein hartes Gummi für das Saugmodul verwendet werden muß, würden die Dichtlippen die gewünschte Ausgleichsfunktion nicht erfüllen. Aus diesem Grund ist die Unterseite des Saugmoduls zusätzlich mit einer weichen Gummimischung beschichtet. Nachdem das Saugmodul auf den gewählten Befestigungspunkt gedrückt wurde, wird das Systemmodul aufgesetzt und mit dem Saugmodul verschraubt. Der gesamte Gewindegang ist auf 10mm festgelegt. Durch Ausnutzung dieser Distanz wird mit der Schraube das Saugmodul angezogen wobei ein hohes Vakuum erzeugt wird. Gleichzeitig erhöht sich der Druck auf die Randzone des Saugmoduls, so daß durch die Dichtlippen in Verbindung mit der weichen Beschichtung die notwendige Abdichtung erzeugt wird und somit die Erhaltung des Unterdrucks gewährleistet ist. Die auf der Oberseite des Saugmoduls befindliche Zugsicherung verhindert ein Nachgeben des Materials. Durch den so aufgebauten hohen Anpressdruck gleichen zum einen die Dichtlippen und die weiche Gummischicht vorhandene Unebenheiten aus, zum anderen werden die Kanten so stark auf den Untergrund gedrückt, daß ein Unterströmen von Luft unmöglich wird.In order to compensate for unevenness in the surface, the suction module has sealing lips on the underside.
