Description

The invention relates to a driveway sliding gate with floor guidance outside the clear passage by means of longitudinal rails and roller wheels as well as vertical side guidance within a frame according to the preamble of claim 1.

Multi-purpose sliding gates for different opening widths and heights and suspension using slope rollers or other special drives with a low headroom requirement are well known. In such sliding gates, the floor guide can be designed so that it only runs outside the clear passage.

Entrance or area gates are usually custom-made, taking into account the different and various spatial requirements, i.e. depending on the material, design and gate structure, special gate systems are designed, manufactured and erected with the corresponding foundation plans. The fillings of known gates can be closed or open, but can also be provided with panes. Multi-layered gate fillings with internal insulation are also state of the art.

Portable gates, namely those preferred for use on construction sites with changing boundaries of the construction area and frequently changing entrance and access routes, are usually swing gates of quite simple construction, which often do not meet the

Requirements for occupational health and safety and security of the construction site are met.

Another problem is that difficulties arise, particularly in inner-city construction sites or renovation projects, due to limited space, when the swing gates have to be swung into the public area, e.g. footpath or roadway, when opening. In addition, with such swing gates it is necessary to secure the relevant wing against swinging back, which entails further expense.

From the above, it is therefore the object of the invention to provide a special entrance sliding gate, preferably for use on building sites, which is structurally simple and which, if possible, ensures one-touch operation. The sliding gate to be created should also make it possible to ensure a lockable entrance without restricting a public or private traffic area in confined spaces.

The object of the invention is achieved with a driveway sliding gate according to the features of claim 1, wherein the subclaims comprise at least expedient embodiments and further developments.

In the case of the driveway sliding gate according to the invention with floor guidance outside the clear passage, a side guide frame of the gate is connected to a known construction fence post in a materially bonded or force-locked manner, wherein the longitudinal rail is arranged on the underside of the frame for horizontal guidance.

The construction fence stand with frame and longitudinal rail forms a structural, easily transportable unit.

Furthermore, means are provided on the inside of the fence post for receiving and detachably fastening conventional fence panels.

The construction fence stand also has a side arm for fixing to the ground, for example by placing a weight on it.

To ensure that the gate leaf can be pushed easily, there are at least two opposing roller wheels at the upper end of the side guide frame for vertical guidance.

The actual sliding gate wing consists of a modified construction fence panel. The modification is implemented in such a way that roller wheels are attached to the lower part of the fence panel frame, with a passage roller wheel running freely over the ground and an internal roller wheel running in the longitudinal rail that is attached to the construction fence post.

Preferably, the boom of the construction fence post is arranged on the inside of the gate for fixing the latter to the ground and serves to hold a ramming stone or a concrete block as a weight body.

Profile or tubular sleeves are provided on the construction fence stand for attaching adjoining construction fence panels that serve to mark off a construction area.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the sliding gate leaf has a roller wheel profile on the upper horizontal part of its frame, which interacts with the upper oppositely arranged roller wheels of the side guide frame.

A handle and/or a locking device may be present on the sliding gate leaf.

Preferably, the side frame consists of a profile steel material, with two parallel, spaced apart, vertically aligned frame parts being welded to the underside of the construction fence post and connected to the top side via a cross member. The distance between the vertically aligned frame parts is

large enough for the sliding gate leaf to slide through, with the roller wheel profile of the sliding gate leaf sliding along the roller wheels of the side guide frame and the inner roller wheel running in the longitudinal rail.

The stability of the sliding gate leaf in combination with the longitudinal rail and the roller wheels prevents unwanted bending and/or jamming of the leaf when opening and closing the gate.

According to the invention, standard parts that are commercially available can be used for both the construction fence post and the sliding gate leaf. These parts only need to be slightly redesigned or modified and supplemented as described above. In terms of visual appearance, the driveway sliding gate according to the invention fits harmoniously into the overall picture of the construction site barrier, so that corresponding aesthetic requirements can also be taken into account.

The invention will be explained in more detail below using an embodiment and with the aid of figures.

The entrance sliding gate comprises, as can be seen in Fig. 1 and 2, a side guide frame 1 which is welded to a known construction fence post 2. A longitudinal rail 3 is also arranged on the construction fence post. The longitudinal rail 3 has an extension which essentially corresponds to the displacement path of the sliding gate wing 4. which consists of a conventional construction fence panel, there is both a passage roller wheel 5, which runs over the ground, and an inner roller wheel (not shown), which slides in the longitudinal rail 3.

The construction fence stand 2 with side guide frame 1 and longitudinal rail 3 forms a transportable unit.

In the example shown, the construction fence stand 2 has pipe sleeves which serve to detachably attach construction fence panels which are used to further demarcate or close off the construction site or the area to be secured.

A bracket is preferably attached to the construction fence post 2 on the inside of the gate, which serves to fix it to the ground, e.g. by holding a weight body in the form of a concrete block or ramming stone.

According to Fig. 2, the boom 7 consists of angle profiles, wherein the width dimensions of the boom 7 are based on a standard concrete block.

As described, the sliding gate leaf 4 consists of a modified construction fence panel with roller wheels provided in the lower part.

Fig. 3 shows that a roller wheel profile 8 is attached to the upper horizontal part of the fence panel frame, e.g. by welding. Alternatively, it is possible for the frame itself to be designed in a profile-like manner, with the lateral profile surfaces sliding along the upper roller wheels 9.

On the operating side, the sliding gate leaf 4 can be grasped by its accessible vertical rod and moved across the passage area, with the passage roller wheel 5 sliding across the ground.

Additional means for locking the gate in the open position are not necessary and one-man operation is guaranteed under all circumstances. The costs for the construction site sliding gate presented here are extremely low, as standard components can be used to a large extent.

By means of the invention, it is possible to apply the advantages of known sliding gates to a construction site without incurring high costs for custom-made gates of this type.

Claims (8)

1. Entrance sliding gate with floor guide outside the clear passage by means of longitudinal rail and roller wheels as well as vertical side guide within a frame, characterized in that
the side guide frame ( 1 ) is connected to a construction fence stand ( 2 ) in a material or force-locking manner, the longitudinal rail ( 3 ) being arranged on the underside of the frame for horizontal guidance and the construction fence stand ( 2 ) forming a structural unit with the frame ( 1 ) and the longitudinal rail ( 3 ),
Furthermore, means for receiving and detachably fastening construction fence panels are provided on the inside of the fence post ( 2 ),
and that a lateral arm ( 7 ) for fixing to the ground and/or for receiving a weight body is located on the construction fence post ( 2 ). 2. Entrance sliding gate according to claim 1, characterized in that at the upper end of the side guide frame ( 1 ) at least two opposing further roller wheels ( 9 ) are arranged for vertical guidance. 3. Entrance sliding gate according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sliding gate leaf ( 4 ) consists of a modified construction fence panel such that roller wheels are attached to the lower part of the fence panel frame, with a passage roller wheel ( 5 ) running freely and an inner roller wheel running in the longitudinal rail. 4. Entrance sliding gate according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the boom ( 7 ) of the construction fence post ( 2 ) is arranged on the inside of the gate and serves to receive a ramming stone or other concrete block. 5. Entrance sliding gate according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that profile or tubular sleeves ( 6 ) are provided on the construction fence post ( 2 ) for fastening construction fence panels adjacent to the sliding gate. 6. Entrance sliding gate according to claim 3, characterized in that a roller wheel running profile ( 8 ) is provided on the upper horizontally extending part of the fence panel frame. 7. Entrance sliding gate according to claim 3 or 6, characterized in that a handle and/or a locking device is arranged on the sliding gate leaf ( 4 ). 8. Entrance sliding gate according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the side guide frame ( 1 ) consists of a profile steel material, wherein two parallel spaced apart, vertically aligned frame parts are welded on the underside to the construction fence post ( 2 ) and connected on the upper side via a cross member ( 10 ).
