Die Neuerung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Abdecken einer Steckerfassung, wobei die Steckerfassung in der Frontwand eines elektronischen Fahrtschreibers vorgesehen ist und dem Setzen eines eine Datenübertragungsleitung abschließenden Steckers dient.The innovation relates to an arrangement for covering a plug socket, wherein the plug socket is provided in the front wall of an electronic tachograph and serves to insert a plug terminating a data transmission line.

Dabei besteht ein gewisser Reinigungseffekt für den Fall, daß mit dem Stecker eine Verschmutzung in die Steckerfassung eingebracht worden ist. Erwähnenswert ist ferner, daß das Schließelement auf einfache Weise durch Einrasten in die Frontwand montiert werden kann. Außerdem verhindert das Schließelement bei der als Durchgangsoffnung in der Frontwand ausgebildeten Steckerfassung ein in Manipulationsabsicht erfolgendes Durchgreifen auf die Leiterplatte des Fahrtschreibers. Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Fahrtschreiber 1 weist eine mit einem lediglich in Figur 4 teilweise sichtbaren, quaderförmigen Einbaugehäuse 2 verbundene Blende beziehungsweise eine Frontwand 3 auf, in welcher ein Display 4 gehaltert ist sowie Tasten 5 und 6 angeordnet sind. Mit 7 ist ein dem Display 4 zugeordneter Fensterausschnitt bezeichnet; ein Schließelement 8 deckt eine Steckerfassung 9 ab. Schlitze 10 und 11 dienen dem Eingeben von den Fahrern zugeordneten Datenkarten, wobei die Schlitze 10, 11 im Grunde von jeweils trichterförmigen Senkungen 12 und 13 ausgebildet sind. Mit 14 und 15 sind an der Frontwand ausgebildete, wulstförmige Strukturen bezeichnet. Ferner ist in der Frontwand 3 eine Aussparung 1 6 vorgesehen, welche von einer ein Frontwandelement 17 bildenden Blende abgedeckt ist, die sich gestalterisch in die Frontfläche der Frontwand 3 einfügt. Das Frontwandelement 17 ist Teil einer in dem Fahrtschreiber 1 verschiebbar gelagerten Druckerbaugruppe und ist demzufolge mit einem für den Durchtritt eines Druckträgers bestimmten Schlitz 18 versehen. Der Druckerbaugruppe ist ein beispielsweise bistabiles Rastgetriebe zugeordnet, das, im Falle daß Druckmaterial nachgefüllt werden soll, durch Betätigen des Frontwandelementes 17, das somit als Taste dient, ent- und verriegelt werden kann. Claims

1. Arrangement for covering a plug socket, the plug socket being provided in the front wall of an electronic tachograph and serving to insert a plug terminating a data transmission line, characterized in that
that a closing element ( 8 ) is provided,
that the locking element ( 8 ) is spring-mounted within the plug socket ( 9 ) in such a way that it can be displaced by means of the plug ( 23 ) and
that the locking element ( 8 ) automatically returns to the covering position when the plug ( 23 ) is pulled out.

2. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that through holes ( 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 ) are formed in the closing element ( 8 ) for the passage of contact pins ( 31 , 32 ) associated with the plug ( 23 ).

3. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing element ( 8 ) is guided on inner surfaces of the plug socket ( 9 ).

4. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the design of the closing element ( 8 ) and its stop in the front wall ( 3 ) are such that in the covering position of the closing element ( 8 ) the front surface of the closing element ( 8 ) and the front surface of the front wall ( 3 ) are flush.

5. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that resilient latches ( 33 , 34 ) are formed on the locking element ( 8 ) transversely to its actuating axis, and recesses ( 42 , 43 ) associated with the latches ( 33 , 34 ) are formed in the plug socket ( 9 ).
