Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Antrieb und Abdichtung eines rotierenden Wärmerückgewinners.(regenerative Wärmetauscher)The invention relates to a device for driving and sealing a rotating heat recovery device (regenerative heat exchanger)
Üblicherweise erfolgt der Antrieb des rotierenden Wärmetauschers über einen Motor, welcher
außerhalb des Wärmetauschers angebracht ist. Die Kraftübertragung vom Motor zum Wärmetauscher erfolgt dabei über einen Keilriemen.
Dabei besteht das Problem, daß der Keilriemen in bestimmten Zeitabständen nachgespannt werden muß, um ein Rutschen und damit Energieverlust zu verhindern.
Weiterhin geht durch die Anordnung des Motors neben dem Wärmetauscher sehr viel Platz verloren.The rotating heat exchanger is usually driven by a motor that is mounted outside the heat exchanger. The power is transmitted from the motor to the heat exchanger via a V-belt.
