Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Lochschneider (Scheibenschneider). The present invention relates to a hole cutter (disc cutter).
Fig. 5 zeigt einen herkömmlichen Lochschneider 10, der die Form eines Kopfes mit einem Boden und einer Wand hat. Der Boden des Lochschneiders 10 hat in der Mitte einen länglichen Schlitz 14 und beidseitig zu dem länglichen Schlitz zwei Eingriffslöcher 12. Das Rohrstück wird dann wärmebehandelt und anschließend mit dem Schlitz und den verschiedenen Löchern versehen. Beide Möglichkeiten sind zeitraubend, und es erfordert Geschick und Erfahrung, die Zähne herzustellen. Der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Lochschneider besteht aus einem Rohrstück, an dessen einem Seitenrand Zähne und an dessen anderen Seitenrand mehrere Nuten vorgesehen sind, wobei in der Wand des Lochschneiders mehrere Öffnungen bzw. Löcher vorgesehen sind.
