An einem Behälter (1) ist eine Art Kolbenpumpe (2) befestigt, die das Produkt aus dem Behälter (1) zieht. Der starre Teil (3 ) der Pumpe (2), im folgenden Zylinder genannt, wird an dem oberen Schenkel ( 4) ( Handhebel) eines Parallelogramms schwenkbar befestigt. Weiteres Herabdrücken des Handhebels (4) führt zum Zusammendrücken der Pumpe, wobei durch das im Weiteren beschriebene System das Produkt aus der Düse (7) gedrückt wird. Pumpe und Behälter werden dabei leicht aus ihrer Achse geneigt, welches jedoch bei entsprechender konstruktiver Auslegung der Hebel- und Winkelverhältnisse die Funktion nicht beeinflußt. Beim Zusammendrücken wird die Druckfeder (11) komprimiert. Bei der Dekompression der Druckfeder wird im Inneren der Pumpe ( 2 ) neues Produkt aus dem Behälter angesaugt. Die Schenkelfeder (10) bringt das System wieder in die Ruhestellung (Figur 1) und läßt so den bereits durch die Düse (7) abgequetschten Produktstrang abreißen.Figure 1 shows the rest position of the device. Die Figur 4 zeigt den Aufbau der Kolbenpumpe (2). In den Boden eines Behälters (1) wird eine Öffnung (13 ) eingebracht. Mittels einer Verschraubung (14 a ) und ( 14 b ) wird der Behälter geklemmt. Ein Überwurf ( 15 ) verbindet den Zylinder (3 ) mit dem Behälter (1) und fixiert so die Pumpe am Behälter. Zwischen der Verschraubung (14b) und Zylinder (3 ) ist ein Ventilsystem bestehend aus Ventilplatte (16) und Stegplatte (17) geklemmt. Diese Kombination läßt das Produkt in die Pumpe einströmen, verhindert aber beim Pumpen den Rückfluß in den Behälter (Figur 5 - 8 ). Beim Einströmen des Produktes werden die Ventilecken ( 16a) nach unten gebogen und geben so die Mitte der Ventilplatte als Öffnung frei. (Figur 7 ) Will das Produkt zurückfließen, schließen sich die Ventilecken. Die Stege der Stegplatte verhindern ein weiteres Zurückklappen der Ventilecken, so daß ein Öffnen nach oben verhindert wird und die Ventilplatte abdichtet. (Figur 8) Ein Kolben ( 18 ), dessen Kolbenstange als Rohr (19) ausgebildet ist, wird beim Zusammendrücken (Figur 3 ) im Zylinder nach oben verschoben. Da das Produkt durch die Funktion des Ventils (16;17) am Rückfluß gehindert wird, fließt es durch das Rohr und tritt an der Düse (7 ) aus. Die Düse ist so ausgebildet, daß sie sowohl das Produkt formt und trennt, als auch nach Ende des Pumpvorganges einen Verschluß bildet, der das Einströmen von Luft verhindert. Durch den sich durch Dekomprimierung der Druckfeder (11) bildenden Unterdruck im Zylinder ( 3 ) fließt das Produkt aus dem Behälter (1) nach. Der Verschluß des Zylinders erfolgt mittels eines Überwurfes ( 20 ), in dem Bohrungen eingebracht sind, in welche federnd gelagerte Stifte (21) eingreifen, um die Verbindung zwischen Pumpe und oberem Schenkel (4) herzustellen. Das Gerät kann dabei z.B. vom Gast bedient werden, der sich so ohne weitere Verpackung seine Portion auf seinen Teller aus dem Gerät entnehmen kann. Dem Produkt angepaßt kann der Behälter variabel gestaltet werden.
