Dieser Ständer, der eine ansehnliche Marktdurchdringung erreicht hat, erscheint mir als der Beste. Dennoch weist auch dieser Weihnachtsbaumständer Nachteile auf: Es muß eine erhebliche händische Kraft in stark gebückter Stellung, bei der es schwierig ist den Baum in gerader Stellung zu halten, erzeugt werden um die Spannvorrichtung zu betätigen, das Seil, welches von der Spannvorrichtung gezogen wird und die Halteelemente an den Baumstumpf anlegt, arbeitet auf zwei erheblich unterschiedlichen Ebenen, entwickelt an dem von der Spannvorrichtung am weitesten entfernten Punkt, also an den hinteren Halteelementen, eine erhebliche Zugkraft, die eine gleichmäßige Krafverteilung auf alle Halteelemente nicht zuläßt und auch eine äußerst stabile Bauweise, d.h. Durch die Anordnung des Fixpunktes auf einer, auf die Halteelemente bezogenen tieferen Ebene, werden die Halteelemente bei Straffung der flexiblen Verbindungen, die bevor sie an die Halteelemente geleitet werden und zwischen den Halteelementen und den Endbefestlgungspunkten jeweils miteinander gekreuzt sind, mittels eines Zugelementes ohne Verlust von Kräften und dennoch durch die Beweglichkeit des Fixpunktes flexibel reagierend, also Unebenheiten ausgleichend, an den Baumstumpf angelegt.
