Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Fingerring mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Ein solcher Fingerring ist aus der DE-297 03 813 U1 bekannt. Es handelt sich um einen Fingerring mit einer Ringschiene und mit einem Schmuckteil, welches derart in der Ringschiene drehbar gelagert ist, daß die Oberseite und die Unterseite des Schmuckteils durch Drehen vertauscht werden können. Ein solcher Fingerring wird auch als Verwandlungsring bezeichnet. Er ermöglicht es dem Träger, nach Wahl und Geschmack die eine Seite oder die andere Seite des Schmuckteils nach oben weisend zu tragen, welche zu diesem Zweck unterschiedlich gestaltet sind, damit sich das Erscheinungsbild des Fingerrings in den beiden Stellungen unterscheidet. Das Schmuckteil ist in beiden Richtungen beliebig drehbar. Claims

1. 8. Finger ring according to claim 7, characterized in that the spring-loaded ball ( 18 ) is located in the jewelry part ( 10 ), whereas the two spherical depressions ( 7 , 8 ) are located in one of the two end surfaces ( 2 , 3 ) of the ring rail ( 1 ).

9. Finger ring according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the ball ( 18 ) is arranged so close to the axis of rotation ( 6 ) of the jewelry part ( 1 ) that it is also concealed outside its locking positions.

Finger ring according to claim 7, characterized in that the ball ( 18 ) is used as a component of a cliquet ( 16 ) which has a collar ( 17 ) which holds back the ball ( 18 ), and that the cliquet ( 16 ) is arranged so close to the axis of rotation ( 6 ) of the jewelry part ( 10 ) that even outside the locking positions at least the collar ( 17 ) of the cliquet ( 16 ) is still partially covered.

11. Finger ring according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking device ( 7 , 8 , 16 ) is concealed at least in the locking positions.

12. Finger ring according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the axis of rotation is formed by a spring bar ( 15 ).

13. Finger ring according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the decorative part ( 10 ) - seen in the direction of the axis of rotation ( 15 ) - is lancet-shaped.
