Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Warenausgabegerät 1 weist ein Gehäuse 2 auf, dessen Vorderwand 3 durch eine Entnahmeöffhung 5 unterbrochen ist. Im Inneren des Gehäuses 2 sind Warenfächer 6 entsprechend dem Paternoster-Prinzip umlaufend angeordnet. Eine nicht näher dargestellte, von außen ansteuerbare Antriebseinrichtung erlaubt in bekannter Weise ein wahlweises Bewegen der horizontal angeordneten Warenfächer 6. Jedes Warenfach 6 weist zumindest einen Boden 7 mit daran sich anschließender Rückwand 8 auf. Zusätzlich kann jedes Warenfach 6 noch mit zwei Seitenwänden und mit wenigstens einer Zwischenwand ausgestattet sein. Die Warenfächer 6 sind zum Tragen von Ware 9, beispielsweise von Zigarettenschachteln bestimmt. Der Boden 7 der Warenfächer 6 ist von der Entnahmeöffnung 5 in das Innere des Gehäuses 2 betrachtet, abfallend angeordnet. Die Neigung beträgt etwa 5 bis 20°. In der Zeichnung ist diese Neigung durch den Winkel &agr; dargestellt. Jede an einen Boden 7 sich anschließende Rückwand 8 ist bevorzugt in einem rechten Winkel zum Boden 7 angeordnet. Eines der Warenfächer 6 ist mit Ware 9 bestückt.
