Wie in den Fig. 1, 2 und 3 gezeigt, umfaßt der zusammenklappbare Roller gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung allgemein einen aufrecht stehenden Handgriff 4, eine Klammer 5, einen Verbinder 3 und eine Plattform 2. Die Klammer 5 ist fest am Handgriff 4 montiert und mit zwei Schenkeln 5 versehen, die nach vorne in Richtung zur Plattform 2 verlaufen. Jeder Schenkel 5 besitzt ein langgestrecktes Loch 51 und ein kreisförmiges Loch 52 unterhalb des langgestreckten Lochs 51. Der Verbinder 3 ist mit zwei nach oben verlaufenden Ansätzen 30 versehen, die so konfiguriert sind, daß sie die zwei Schenkel 5 aufnehmen. Jeder der Ansätze 30 besitzt einen gekrümmten Schlitz 31, der mit einer horizontalen Aussparung 32 am unteren Ende sowie einer vertikalen Aussparung 321 am oberen Ende versehen ist. Jeder Ansatz 30 ist ferner mit einem kreisförmigen Loch 39 unterhalb der vertikalen Aussparung 321 versehen. Ein Einstellstift 7 ist in die vertikalen Aussparungen 32 des Verbinders 3 und in die langgestreckten Löcher 51 der Klammer 5 eingesetzt. Ein Gelenkstift 6 ist durch die kreisförmigen Löcher 39 des Verbinders 3 und die kreisförmigen Löcher 52 der Klammer 5 eingesetzt, so daß der Handgriff 4 gemeinsam mit der Klammer 5 auf die Plattform 2 geklappt werden kann. Eine Feder S besitzt ein oberes Ende Sl, das mit dem Zwischenabschnitt des Einstellstifts 7 verbunden ist, sowie ein unteres Ende, das mit dem Zwischenabschnitt des Gelenkstifts 6 verbunden ist, so daß der Einstellstift 7 innerhalb der vertikalen Aussparung 321 gehalten wird, wodurch der Handgriff 4 in einer aufrechten Position gehalten wird.As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, the folding scooter according to the present invention generally comprises an upright handle 4, a bracket 5, a connector 3 and a platform 2. a connector (3) with a curved slot (31) having a lower end provided with a horizontal recess (32) and an upper end provided with a vertical recess (321) and a circular hole (39) below the vertical recess (321);

an adjusting pin (7) inserted into the vertical recess (321) of the connector (3) and the elongated hole (51) of the bracket (5);

a hinge pin (6) inserted through the circular hole (39) of the connector (3) and the circular hole (52) of the bracket (5);

a spring (S) having an upper end (Sl) connected to the adjustment pin (7) and a lower end connected to the hinge pin (6); and

a platform (2) on which the connector (3) is firmly mounted.

2. A folding scooter according to claim 1,
