Description

The invention relates to a demountable building according to the preamble of claim 1.

State of the art

There are known demountable buildings such as residential buildings (“prefabricated houses”), commercial buildings, including buildings (“beer tents”) for entertaining guests at folk festivals and the like. Some of these buildings have at least one sloping surface in their roof area. For general safety reasons, due to official and fire regulations, but also for reasons of the well-being of the guests, the buildings can only accommodate a specified number of people at the same time, depending on their size and internal design.

Task of the invention

Based on this state of the art, the invention is based on the object of specifying a building of the type mentioned at the beginning that enables an expanded use.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a building which is defined in the claims.

The building according to the invention offers considerably more space than conventional buildings, both for guests and for catering facilities (kitchen, bar, etc.). At the same time, the building according to the invention advantageously enables an interlocking, e.g. with music and dancing, and/or outdoor catering, without the need for corresponding areas on the ground. The building according to the invention offers a clear view of its surroundings in its upper area.

A further advantage is that the building according to the invention can be assembled and disassembled with relatively little effort - for example at a folk festival. The building can be provided with table and/or chair supports as well as with step elements as required, which create a connection both in the area of the inclined usable building surface and to the floor area. In addition, dance floors, viewing points and counters can be provided in the area of the inclined or horizontal surface. Overall, the building according to the invention can be used profitably.

The building according to the invention can, for example, be open on its sides and be arranged above another building, e.g. a beer tent.

A further advantage of the building according to the invention is that it can be designed in such a way that guests - e.g. in emergencies - can quickly leave the building.

The preferably demountable building 1 has at least one inclined surface 2 which is arranged in an upper region, in particular in the roof region of the building and/or in a side region of the building. At least part of the building, including the inclined surface 2 and/or the horizontal surface 3 and/or step elements 4, can be covered by a roof, so that use is practically independent of weather influences (e.g. sunlight, wind, rain).

The roof can be shaped in different ways; for example, it is arranged essentially parallel to the inclined surface. In particular, movable roof elements are provided which can be swung over the table and/or chair furniture when necessary, e.g. when it rains. These roof elements can also be swung over the table and/or chair furniture when the outside temperature falls below a predefined reference value, whereby heating devices can be activated to create a comfortable microclimate.

At least one part of the building consists, for example, of steel and/or wood, glass and/or plastic components, which can be connected to one another in a detachable manner:

Catering facilities such as kitchens, bars, etc. can be arranged in the area of the inclined surface or the horizontal surface. Storage rooms, supply and disposal facilities and supply routes can be provided between the horizontal surface and the inclined surface.

The inclined surface or the horizontal surface can have various access options: in addition to the step elements described in the area of the inclined surface or between it and the floor area, a slide can also be provided, which can be used in emergencies or generally, e.g. for children. Furthermore, at least one access from inside the building can also be provided.
